Zuza stepped up as Consul during a challenging period and immediately addressed member concerns, resolved pressing issues, and formed a new leadership team. She effectively managed the transition, tying up unfinished projects and storylines from the previous summit. Additionally, she demonstrated exceptional coordination skills by collaborating with three other clan summits to organize the "Of Fire and Brimstone" event, which attracted 50 participants from the involved clans.

Zuza's exceptional leadership qualities are evident in her proactive approach to resolving the difficult situation she inherited. Her dedication and hard work were instrumental in reassuring her fellow Arconans and ensuring a smooth transition. She is one of our most active and outgoing leaders, always engaging with her members and reaching out to her fellow Consuls to develop and improve relationships between the Clans. Her ability to handle the most difficult leadership situation the club has faced in a decade further exemplifies her competence.

Furthermore, Zuza's commitment to recognizing and rewarding members' contributions is commendable. She initiated a review of awards upon assuming leadership and promptly recommended deserving members for medals. Since her last award, Zuza served eight months as Arcona Consul, during which she helped to organize two very successful events: Pro Bowl VIII and AVD: Cabin in the Woods. She also participated in 150 competitions and wrote roughly 50k words of fiction across all of our fiction activities, while also finding time to earn over 500 CFs.

She was a model Consul, always active and visible, always trying to improve her members' experience in the club and ensure they had meaningful opportunities to participate in events and club activities, and her work had an immediate and lasting impact on timely member recognition in Arcona. Her relationships with the Council and her fellow Consuls were also excellent. I greatly appreciate her enthusiasm for the club and her clan, and her willingness to take on what must have seemed like an impossible task when she agreed to become Consul in the first place.

Since earning her last medal, Zuza has organized 16 competitions, co-organized a further 5, and participated in another 154 competitions. This has earned her 105 Crescents (8 Diamond, 35 Ruby, 27 Amethyst, 20 Sapphire, 10 Emerald, 1 Topaz, & 4 Quartz). Additionally she has earned 1.507 Clusters of Fire, 4 Clusters of Graphite, a Scroll of the Master, and a Seal of Loyalty. Zuza wrote 3.619 words across 3 ACC matches and served as judge for a further 5 matches, thus advancing her rank in the Antei Combat Center (participant) society once and in the Antei Combat Center (judge) society 5 times. She wrote 8.894 words of fiction, a further 32.489 words across 22 Roleplaying Sessions and a further 2.535 words while DMing a session. This earned her an impressive 99 Clusters of Ice. Zuza also passed 2 Shadow Academy Courses.

Zuza has been a veritable powerhouse presence in the Taldryan Social Scene on Discord. Always present and always willing to interact with others.

In itself this would already be impressive. However Zuza did this while serving on the FIST staff the entire time, first as a Magistrate and now as Praetor. I will let the FIST document her work in these roles in his supporting recommendation though.

Zuza, when you came to our Clan, you hit the ground running. I am very happy to see you’ve made yourself comfortable in Taldryan and hope to be able to award you many more medals in the future.
