Ever since his return to CNS, Rai has been instrumental in it’s running again. Most notably, he took charge of the House Ludo Kresh, after it merged with Primus Goluud. It wasn’t the easiest of things to do, but he pulled it through. For that, we think he deserves this medal.

Rai has been doing a great job as QUA of HLK for some time now. under his wing, HLK has gone from a Sith house, to a Multi-Order house, which is still flourishing every week. his is now (finally) rewarded. merry christmas, Rai.

J'Rai Sadow has been a member of Clan Naga Sadow since long before I joined, and will now be leaving us to attend to his real life. However, before he leaves us, it is important that he be rewarded. In the Sixth Great Jedi War, J'Rai participated in 8 events, scoring 65 points for Clan Naga Sadow. Going beyond his GJW performance, J'Rai also led House Marka Ragnos during the war, and his motivational tactics and leadership skills once again helped lead Naga Sadow to an amazing victory in the Great Jedi War. J'Rai, on behalf of the entire Clan, thank you for your contributions to the Clan, and may this small token be a reminder that you are a valued member, and we hope to see you back. Picking Rai as Proconsul was not an easy or obvious decision. He had only recently returned from Rogue status, and represents to some an old guard of the Brotherhood, but he argued his potential and convinced me he would fit the role. Rai knew little of Plagueis as a house or clan, and there was a lot to catch up - lore, members, leadership structure, how we want from last place to first place finishers. He knew, though, that despite his position he needed to respect those who came before. He transferred to us a blank slate ready to give an objective opinion on our strengths and weaknesses. Since assuming the role a month ago, he has been vital in two key tasks I gave to him.

First, Rai provides an outsider’s perspective on the clan. He is, effectively, in charge of PR. This project is ongoing, and is the sort difficult to quantify in spreadsheets. It will never be finished, but already Rai has started to help me identify areas we can improve, where we may as well forget about it, and those special untapped spots (just inside the thigh). His insight as been invaluable so far and will continue to be as he keeps working on this for months to come.

Second, and this one is quantifiable, Rai assisted me in developing and managing the recent Plagueis feud. While the story was generated amongst the entire summit, I wanted house leaders to participate. Rai and I, with select help from Sarin and Bubba, thus ran the whole show. Rai created 5/11 events and helped judge 8/11 of them. He helped me write and proofread the fictional backstory and served as point person during an early period where my IRC activity was limited.

These are not Rai’s only projects. He is my point person for Plagueis’ Taranae-Slagar Rollmaster partnership, making him the clan-level guy for our battle teams. All of this, and it’s only been one month! Rai is a fun, dedicated, and motivated guy whom I am glad to have brought onto our team.
