Gentlemen,

I am calling on you today to attract attention to one of Arcona’s most valuable and consistently underrated members, one Zandro Savric Erinos.

Zandro’s work as a member alone, as is known by many in his Clan, has been exceptional. He is a solid and dedicated member who has, since his last promotion, gained over seventy Clusters of Fire from gaming alone. Such dedication in and of itself is admirable.

However, far more commendable than this is that Zandro is no one-trick pony, quite diverse with his skills, among them also writing and poetry. His record in the Rite of Supremacy is a superb testament to that. Zandro placed twelfth overall, gaining six Seals of Darkness for his participation in various games. He has also done fiction and ACC, gaining respectively thirty-two and sixty-six points on those, once again showing his dedication to the Clan and the Brotherhood as a whole as an honest-to-goodness Dark Jedi with talent to spare.

Much the same can be said for his participation in the Feud, where Zandro’s contributions to varying levels, among which gaming, ACC, and especially the runon, where greatly appreciated. He is also active in a current runon. More participation can be found in his gaining two Seal of Dominance for activity in the Outer Rim War, as well as two Crescents of the Ruby and Amethyst variety. All in all, Zandro’s membership is not merely exemplary but consistently so.

Zandro’s post-RoS activities have also been remarkable. He has not flagged in his activity since then, having written three reports and having been online often and consistently. He has worked closely together with our new Clan Summit in several areas of activity. One of these is our Clan Runon, Desperate Times, in which he has gained a strong second place and coordinated with the other members of Soulfire strike team.

Finally, we must draw attention to Zandro’s skills of motivation. He is a sincere and extremely interactive leader on IRC, constantly talking to his members, from whom I have heard nothing but praise about his ability to consistently motivate them into performing well beyond the norm of a regular battle team. I served under Zandro twice, myself, and I can say his reputation is well-deserved. It has been largely due to his influence that Soulfire is again going strong, helping everyone get along as well as creating an esprit the corps I have never before seen in any other team. Zandro deserves the credit for having created the team that carried Arcona through much of the Feud and RoS, and that has continued to excel and expand since then. For this, there is no stronger evidence than that many of the Clan’s leaders at all levels have hailed from Soulfire.

As such, for excelling in all areas of the Brotherhood, from gaming to writing to leadership; for being consistently innovative and a great guy to be around; for helping out others with tips on gaming and managing to keep up with, and maintain, the strongest Battleteam in Arcona, the Clan Summit would like to request that Zandro Savric Erinos be hereby sentenced to wearing the Grand Cross of the Dark Side.

-Timeros

Praise from others:

As said, I have heard nothing but praise from several Soulfire members both current and former. In here a small cross-section of what they have to say about him:

Chris is perfect for Soulfire Strike Team. He embodies their ‘elite’ nature within Arcona, being highly proficient in a number of disciplines (all of which he applied in the Rite of Supremacy) however I feel of particular note was his participation in the recent Arcona Run On – His posts were brilliantly written, they moved the plot along, and he did an excellent job of keeping his Battleteam motivated both in and out of character, making sure that his command worked as a team. It worked. Brilliantly. The RO was a huge success, and through his efforts, his Battleteam meshed even closer as friends and colleagues.

-Sashar

Zandro has been my BattleTeam leader since joining the Brotherhood and is a constant source of motivation and encouragement. He will gladly go out of his way to help any of his Clan members and it is doubtful I would have progressed as far as I have without his support.

Zandro’s leadership skills are faultless in my opinion, he is well organised, frequently on IRC and is always offering assistance and guidance. It is with these reasons why I request the Grand Cross awarded to Zandro Savric Erinos as he has proved himself worthy of such a merit.

In Darkness,

JH Juda Kodiak Erinos (Obelisk)/TRP-EP/

I most wholeheartedly concur that Zandro “CC” Savric Erinos is worthy of additional cash and prizes. Speaking from a mostly personal experience basis, I have a few things to share since the last time our dear friend CC received a merit medal (circa December of last year). As his former Rollmaster, BTL, QUA and now RM once again, I can certainly attest to both his activity and his loyalty to our group. Since his last medal of this sort, he has accumulated at least 350 CFs, done tons of writing for various run-on comps and even made some time to come help me get a few wins in team BF2 during the ORW, as well as putting in some work in the EaW portion of the last Rite of Supremacy.

Beyond that, CC has been a trusted ally and a knowledgeable sounding board for all things DB. From how to do this or that in Empire at War to how best to proceed with a run-on, Zandro has been a guy that can answer questions like that. Loyalty. Dedication. Ongoing devotion. Activity. All of these things can easily be said of CC. He even participated in many events of the recent RoS and did a bang up job, finishing somewhere in the top 15 or so. For that kind of work ethic, not to mention the enrichment that he provides nearly everyday with his candor and humor on IRC, I’m very happy to be recommending this. Although, don’t get me wrong…I’m even more happy to be fortunate enough to call him a friend.

-OT Malidir Dinistr Erinos

Zandro Savric Erinos or better known to me simply as Chris epitomizes the core fundamentals of leadership. He has seen the Soulfire Battle Team grow underneath him to become the pride of Arcona, without him this would never have been possible. His constant guidance and friendliness to those within the Battle Team and the Clan has been of great value. Moreover, his proficiency within the gaming activities in the Brotherhood is worth due notice. He has become the top 'gamer' on the Empire At War platform as well as being well regarded as a competent duellist on Jedi Academy and proficiency in Battle Front. Having known Zandro for several years I have watched his writing blossom into a fantastic individual style. His writing grips the reader and floods his/her imagination with detail. Chris is a truly worthy recipient of the Grand Cross.

Dark Jedi Knight Kieran Kodiak Erinos

The fact that Zandro doesn't have a Grand Cross already is surprising to me. As his XO in Soulfire, I would have to say that he was one of the biggest motivators in that group. When he's there, he's always available to answer some of the difficult questions when they arise. He has always had some great ideas for competitions and has the ability to make sure that every one of his subordinates are more than happy in the Battle Team. It was always a pleasure to work with CC and he more than deserves this Grand Cross.

Jedi Hunter Rho “Dynamite” d’Tana

Zandro's Feud record speaks for itself below. He is quite rightly the Feud Champion. Beyond his activity in the evnt, he was instrumental in its conception, development and implementation. He is an excellent House Quaestor who has lead Galeres to be rightfully recognised as the First House of Clan Arcona. Zandro is a "grand member" of Arcona and quite rightly he should be honoured with this reward. Congratulations Zandro, Arcona applauds your efforts and looks forwrad to your continued development and focus! INFO: Total Feud Points – 62 (Overall Winner) Events participated in – 12 (Week 1 Fiction, Week 1 GFX, Week 2 Fiction, Week 2 Poetry, Week 3 Defacement Posters, Week 3 Demotivational Posters, Week 3 Fiction, Week 4 Fiction, Week 4 GFX, Week 5 Fiction, Week 5 GFX, Run-on) Comments – Also wrote 2 Chapters (3+5), came up with the competitions for another chapter (5) as well as generally being around to help plan and execute the competition. ~ DJM Mejas Doto

Zandro Erinos has been a sterling example of what we strive for when we look at potential Quaestors. His textbook leadership of Galeres since the conclusion of the GJW has kept the House on the straight and narrow. His counsel has been invaluable and his calming influence on the members kept them (for the most part) out of trouble. This, coupled with his brilliant work assisting in the setup of the House Feud and then his iconic example by winning the event overall through a mixture of skill and sheer participation are just a few examples of his brilliant track record. ~ OP Sashar Arconae

Zandro Savric Erinos Arconae has been a beacon of stability within the Clan for as long as I care to remember. In a time of rapidly changing Summits and political drama, he has led Soulfire Strike team for almost ten months, and very successfully. A huge share of Arcona’s points last GJW came from Zandro and his members.

Apart from that, Zandro has been of tremendous value in helping and advising the Clan Summit on an array of different matters, from maintaining large parts of our Wiki, helping with fictional development and co-creating the new Fleet additions, to supplying our Consul with much-needed carcinogenic substances (ultimately for the greater good of Arcona). I could go on and on – and in fact I will, since his own GJW participation was considerable as well.

Zandro participated in a highly impressive 15 GJW events, highlighted by a fourth place in the Depiction multimedia event and a fifth place in the main ACC event. Other events he participated in include Recon fiction, Legends gaming, Sector Sketch graphics, Battlefield Objectives ACC, Skirmish 1 and 2 gaming, Chasing the Ghost fiction, Helpless poetry, Simulation gaming, Potent Ink poetry, the trivias, codebreakers and the run-on.

For his stellar all-around activity, stable leadership presence and all-around awesomeness, I am proud to present Zandro with this Grand Cross of the Dark Side. Congratulations, Chris.

Submitted on behalf of the Qel-Droman Summit:

Following up from his impressive performance in Horizons, for which he earned an Anteian Cross, Nadrin has only improved his activity. During the recent ‘Beyond the Horizon’ feud with Plagueis, he took part in a fantastic eleven events. These were the Graphics, Acronym, Fiction, Poetry, Flash Game and trivia from the first week, as well as the Acronym, graphics, fiction and ID Scan from Week Two. He also took part in the Run-On. He was able to place fourth in the first acronyms, following up by coming second in the next week’s acronyms, and also placed fifth in the second fiction event. Overall, he placed an impressive eighth.

In addition to his stellar efforts in the feud, Nadrin has also continued to assist his apprentice, Nikola Valtiere, who he has so far guided up to the rank of Guardian. Valtiere looks set to get his newest apprentice to DJK in the next few months thanks mainly to the help of his friend and mentor.

Keep up the good work, CC!

~Wuntila Arconae. Consul. Clan Arcona.

Over the past few months, Nadrin has done great work for Arcona. He’s been a mediating force as the most senior active Arconae, along with the hard task of helping a student to knighthood. Not only that, but Nadrin has participated in all bar one of the events of both chapters of phase one Dark Crusade, and helped others by proofing and critiquing their entries. For these reasons, I am elated to recommend Nadrin for a Grand Cross.

Nikolai Valtiere Flight Leader, Void Squadron

Nadrin's mentorship and participation throughout the last few months have been a great boon to Clan Arcona. Nikolai mentioned that Nadrin was the most senior active Arconae, of this elite group Nadrin's participation in the Dark Crusade Events has been on par with members of the current Summit. He has submitted entries to ten of the eleven competitions offered, and was a contributor to the 2nd Place Wiki Team. As an Arconae Nadrin has been a guiding hand offering guidance to the Summit when needed and offering suggestions throughout the Crusade.

During this time period Nardin had also been actively mentoring two Journeymen, Nikolai Valtiere has already completed his trials to Knighthood and was chosen to step into a Battleteam Leader role. Which he has performed admirably, I am certain that the quality of Nikolai's work is due at least in part to the fine mentorship which Nadrin provided, and continues to provide to him. Nadrin's second student, Valeriuskane, has been steadily participating in the Dark Crusade Events and is

Leadership, experience, and a willing mentor are three very valuable assetts within members. Often times individuals may become complacent to sit on their laurels after a period and tone down activity. Nadrin is not one of those people, and I for one am very thankful for that. Congratulations Nadrin, keep up the good work!

The Grand Cross is given to those who have shown exemplary work in their position, demonstrating a keen understanding of their surroundings and helping to further their planned goals. A former Consul, Nadrin Erinos has very little left to prove as a member of Arcona. His dedication and loyalty to his unit, and his continued efforts in the Dark Crusade have more than earned this reward. In football terms, Nadrin's stat line would look a little like this: 25/27 completions for 7TDs. That's a near perfect participation record combined with 7 total novae earned, putting him safely at 9th overall in Clan Arcona.

Congrats, Nadrin. You rock as usual :). I'm sorry this is long overdue.

Additional reasons

I am honoured to be recommending Nadrin for this Grand Cross of the Darkside. His hard work and dedication to Clan Arcona and both House Qel-Droma and House Galeres. Since his last reward he has been an active and dedicated member on the front lines for all of the Dark Crusades inspiring others to both join in and get involved in helping the clan achieve dominance recently.

Since receiving any merit medal he has managed to participate in a total of sixteen competitions, ranging from Kalsunor, Svolten, Bhargebba. An Impressive amount of competition on its own, but as well as this he has managed to take a huge amount of medals during this time frame, these include three Gold Nova, three Silver Nova and a Bronze Nova for his work during the Dark Crusade. As well as having one Seal of Reminiscences, eight clusters of fire and six clusters of Ice, an impressive amount of medals over the period of time he has been able to achieve them in.

Though if this wasn't enough on its own when Galeres needed an experienced member to step up to the plate and help the House out he was the one to step up. Assuming the mantle of Battleteam Leader of Soulfire Strike Team. A team that needed a strong hand to continue to make it work hard, as well as the guidance of an experienced leader. He jumped at the chance with little time before a Dark Crusade we found ourselves in, through his motivation, presence on IRC and constant drive we saw Soulfire become the best performing Battleteam this round of the Dark Crusade. An impressive feat for someone in the position for such a short period of time. He has already got a report out and been in contact with his members to see if there is anything they wanted to do.

His hard work and dedication and devotion to this club has not gone unnoticed. I am proud to be giving such a member this Grand Cross. Congratulation Nadrin well deserved mate. Keep up the hard work I look forward to seeing what you do next.

Quaestor of House Galeres

Cethgus Tiberius Entar, 2013-09-15 21:41:59 UTC

Having Chris with us has been a boon and a revitalizing force inside of Galeres. I'm unsure we could be flourishing so much without him. Our BT's are a big part of the House, and he stepped up to bring Soulfire into the limelight (and not kicking and screaming, either).

Chris took what was becoming a largely unresponsive team and rallied them into activity. Soulfire displayed some of the best participation of all the Clan's BT's this last round, and I can speak at length of the talkative email chains we've seen. But more than that, his attitude has been wonderful. He's energetic, personable, and funny, all while being firm, and it's been a pleasure to work with him.

I'm delighted to see him reaping some reward for all that effort. He's certainly earned it. Enjoy the Grand Cross, bro!

Aedile of House Galeres

Master Ruka Tenbriss Ya-ir, 2013-09-15 21:42:46 UTC

Nadrin has managed to participate in five out of the six events in the third chapter of Phase I. Nadrin also went above and beyond by running the ACB for Qel'Droma's 'House Divided' event, allowing for members to develop their characters while resting from the Crusade. Not only did Nadrin do this, but he was also one of the rare few to have full participation in Svolten's General Forces events. Over the past few months, Nadrin has been a great support figure for members of Void and of Arcona in general.
