Nicholas Reubenscar (former D'hak and Sebastian) has constantly been a great help to me. He served an excellent tenure as Tetrarch of the Dark Orb phyle, doing everything in his power to spark activity. He also is a rolemodel for the younger members to look up to, and perhaps even some of the older ones and his consistent efforts to promote participation, and participate himself, serve as an excellent example.

Dentah has been a rock of leadership in recent time for House Qel-Droma. Although only leading one of the Battle Teams, Denath proved his worth time and time again by being active in promoting both Clan activities, as well as making sure his house had other activities with which to participate in.

When the House Summit abruptly left/disappeared, Denath quickly stepped in when needed and made sure that the house didn't fall into a state of disrepair. Quickly taking the reins, Denath took hold and communicated with the house the importatant events taking place, putting up a report covering all the bases and finding a new Aedile before the IGs began.

On top of all this, Denath continues his work as Arconan historian, keeping an archive of all of the important Arcona documents.

Nathan has stepped up for Odan-Urr; not only has he submitted two entries to the Crusade, he has managed to submit them on the Special Forces team. This means that he has not simply been content to fight among the masses - he chose to take on bigger events, harder competition, and higher stakes in the name of our House. In doing so, he managed a Bronze Nova, no small feat. For these efforts, and the bravery and dedication they require, he deserves to be rewarded.

If further reasoning is needed, I would point out that his last such award was over a year ago. I would point to his five Clusters of Ice, nine Crescents, and time in the position of Rollmaster for Odan-Urr. Nathan is a member who is, and has consistently been, active and dedicated; he is an exemplar, one who can participate in every aspect of this club, who can travel from the Light to the Darkness and actually, tangibly aid both in their successes.

This is activity a cut above the ordinary, taking place over extreme amounts of time and seen to without the slightest request for recognition. This is devotion and loyalty, and for it, I recommend he be awarded the Steel Cross for his efforts. Well done, Nathan; you are an inspiration to us all.

Deciarus took the initiative after receiving data dumps from the site to lead the effort in cleaning up the Languages in use across the DJB. Ensuring consistent spelling, researching each language and determining the proper name to use for consistency, and driving concise discussions about discrepancies seeking approval and confirmation from the Seneschal and Voice for quick resolution. Then after complete helped create an Appendix for the site to assist members and the Voice staff in discussing this consistency in the future. Afterwards, jumping into the Lore to cleanup the list and make sure the 1 single line could appropriately be mapped to future multiple lines without duplicate topics going through every record available for the cleanup.

On top of us all the work going through hundreds of records to ensure the transition to the new site logic was clean, and researching languages for consistency and developing new resources for members on the wiki, he did all this at his own initiative quickly, efficiently, and with little direction. For his great help and leadership on this project I would like to award him with this Steel Cross. Congratulations Deciarus.

Since Darcy's last award, they have competed in 12 competitions. This has gotten them 2 Crescents, 3 Clusters of Graphite, and 4 Seals of Transcendence. Thank you Darcy for your continued activity. Congrats on the shiny thing.
