Welshman is a constant presence on IRC, and being on IRC further strengthens the solidarity of the clan as a whole. Furthermore, Welshman consistently participates in the clan monthly trivia, demonstrating that even the smallest of competitions can be participated in by everyone regardless of rank. Because he is Consul, people tend to overlook him for "the little things", but this Dark Cross is to express the appreciation that I am sure that the clan feels for his regular interaction with them.
