For over a month, Vally has served House Dormiad Sol as its Quaestor. Right from the start, he has shown tremendous effort in trying to get house back on its feet. His dedication is already showing impressive results, and I feel that he is a worthy to be awarded with a Grand Cross of the Dark Side, for succeeding in a lot of things in a short period of time.
