Despite the tumultuous existence members of the ACC Staff see, a few rise above the grind and become assets to their very position. In general, being an ACC staff member means angering half the membership, repeatedly, buy telling them that they have lost a battle. Even worse, is the job of a Trainer, which Telona has held for a good amount of time now.
As a Trainer, Telona frequently has to offer guidance to new fighters, but 'guidance' isn't all that it's cracked up to be. She will find herself in a position, quite often, telling combatants that they are not good enough, their writing is poor, they need to try harder etc. If she does it right, they will respect her for it, most of the time - and she hasn't done it wrong.
Easily an asset to the staff, Telona has been responsible for the Training/Qualification of 15+ combatants in her time here, thus far. Each of them has come out of training, with the Pontifex, a better writer, more in tune with how the ACC operates and better equipped to take on the challenges of other members.
Her dedication and perserverance in a, somewhat thankless, job have led me to request she be awarded the Steel Cross.
