Phoenix has shown to be excellent Quaestor through the Independence Games. His participation and leadership set a fine example to the others, and shown what a good, capable Quaestor should do in times of major DB competitions. Participation in the Legions of Scholae Palatinae Project - a tome of knowledge concerning the ground forces of Clan Scholae Palatinae - a source that details history, ranks, structure, seventeen legions, countless NPCs and a fountain of opportunities for clan development and advancement in future engagements for the members of the Clan.

This project spanned across twenty four (24) wiki pages, required the production of forty (40) Non-Playable Characters (NPCs) and was continually debated and re-drafted throughout the course of its development to ensure a top of the line product.

A Proconsul has his hands in every project on a Consul's desk and this was no exception. Phoebird was the 'board' in which Zeron and I continually bounced ideas, providing critiques concerning ranks and structure, to criticizing our initial choices for the names of Regiments & Legions. Without his voice and fingerprints on this project, I do not believe it would have been as fully functional, or accurate, as the final product is today.
