Rhys has a ruffle of messy brunette hair that he keeps in a semi-long crew-cut. The sides are short enough to be reminiscent of his policing past but the top and bangs are long enough to gel in a swipe pattern away from his cowlick. His face has a surprising vitality for his years, giving a charming, boyish softness to his few mature features. His sharp green eyes sit above a prominent nose with a steep slope - often leading to comments that it's something you could ski off.
While Rhy's arms and face reflect an extended period of time spent in the sun, his farmer's tan reveals a warm natural beige skin tone underneath his clothing. Rhys' shoulders are broad with a barrel chest that drops to a more slender waist. His body is conditioned and fit, showing the signs of his physical training. He carries himself casually, with an air of confidence that others have described as a swagger in his step.

On the top of his right wrist, he has a light coloured scar, roughly two inches in length. On the inside of his left thigh, there is an eight-inch scar that runs past the knee joint. And he also has black inked family emblem of a dragon with tribal patterns on its wing; located on the back of his right calf

The Mandalorian Vambraces are a pair of highly engineered tools worn around the forearms. Created to counter the deadly skills of Force-users, they have been famously utilized by many Mandalorian warriors, including Boba Fett and Sabine Wren. These vambraces come equipped with a repulsor, grappling line, darts, and a flamethrower producing a cone of fire five meters long and one meter in diameter, capable of thirty seconds of sustained fire, all of which use the Miscellaneous Weapons skill. Additionally, both vambraces feature a built-in wrist blaster using the Blasters skill. Finally, one vambrace contains a small shield emitter that produces a 40cm diameter shield capable of deflecting several blaster bolts or a single strike from a lightsaber before shorting out.
Waterproof + Bifurcating Cyclical-Ignition Pulse
Mandalorian Vambraces has been modified with waterproof casing, seals, and a modified emitter that emits a pulse, allowing Mandalorian Vambraces to be submerged and operate normally in water without damage to the internal components.
Whistling Birds
Mandalorian Vambraces has been modified to accommodate rare Whistling Birds, allowing them to targeted-fire up to twelve of the beskar-coated mini rockets at up to half a dozen targets designated by the user, or dumb fire them in the direction the vambrace is pointing.
Type II - Inhibiting
Mandalorian Vambraces has been coated with a poison that can interfere with the body’s motor functions by targeting the muscles and nervous system. The affects can vary from the numbing, paralysis, or slowing of limbs to halting breathing and inducing seizures or sleep. The poison triggers on contact with the skin or bloodstream, with the most severe symptoms manifesting in the immediate area of the wound. Requires the "Poison Weapons Feat" on the Character Sheets to be effective in combat.

Every legendary story seems to have at least one charming and optimistic character. If that's the case, then it only makes sense that Rhys Pwyll has decided to be that person. After all, if everyone is too busy whining and groaning about the negatives, how will anyone ever reach the positive? True, Rhys Pwyll's constant belief that things will get better can be terribly grating, especially to pessimists or those just level-headed enough to realize when things truly are going downhill, but Rhys Pwyll's constant positive outlook can serve to sometimes spur others to action when it feels like the world just wants them to lay down and die.
Since the fall of the Empire at Jakku, there has been many calling for a return to the Imperial Age. The Pwyll Family, as well as many other noble families on Talus, has been a prominent leader in the Centrist faction of the Galactic Senate. Desiring a strong centralist government, the Pwylls pride themselves on desiring a universe with strong values of law and order; often idolizing the police and military. However, this political ideology can often clash with those supportive of the Populist movement; not to mention, many falsely assume Rhys Pwyll desires the return of the Sith Emperor.
Rhys Pwyll is a lateral thinker, and when he encounters problems or dilemmas, he is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Rhys Pwyll to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Rhys Pwyll can typically explain and lead others through his plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust him outside thinking.
Given the nickname by the local community he served, Rhys Pwyll is known for being an encouraging and enthusiastic presence in an environment lacking such positivity. Joyous, creative, and constantly craving spontaneity and adventure; Rhys Pwyll is a bright light for the community to follow in an often cruel world. Yet, just like the creature he is nicknamed for, Rhys Pwyll can seem disorganized or easily distracted when it comes to matters of less importance to him.
When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Rhys Pwyll? Rhys Pwyll doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Rhys Pwyll, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Rhys Pwyll isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Rhys Pwyll won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Rhys Pwyll will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
A lifetime of living on the edge has given Rhys Pwyll a unique outlook on the conflicts of the galaxy. Where others see only the seriousness of the fight in front of them, Rhys Pwyll will often interject his grim and ironic humor at the most bathos of moments. To those familiar with the man, this outlook on life can actually provide a sense of calm or inspiration among comrade at arms in the thick of battle. However, those that aren't familiar with him will often be off-put by humor and find Rhys Pwyll to be an eerie or even creepy presence on the front-lines.
