Dox this past month has shown the kind of activity and loyalty to clan that is simply inspiring. Triumphing in gaming evenings and running numerous competitions for his Circle and still having time to discuss with me methods of improving the circle for his team. He also has a friendly IRC presence and always willing for a game, be it a training match or proper death match. Keep up the good work Dox J

Leading a group of people is not the easiest thing to do, especially having to encourage them to become active and to participate. Dox has done this and now commands one of the most active Circles in Clan Tarentum not to mention himself being a regular participant in Gaming Evenings and lately in ORoS events. He has also set up an effective leadership hierarchy to take command in his absence and this structure has helped the development of the Team greatly.

The command of a Battle Team is perhaps one of the most difficult positions a leader may find himself in.

For the better part of 7 months, Dox served with distinction as the leader of the Daemoni. Through changing periods of great activity and low ebb, Dox remained a constant presence, giving his all for the survival of his Team. Whilst RL situations intervened with most of his members causing them to become inactive, Dox was a constant rational presence. His has been a well executed career, and in thanks for his service, I find him worthy of this award.

Sato Bruth'Kothae Quaestor to Gladius.

Dox is a master gamer, and he proved it during the knock-out bracket gaming round against Clan Plagueis and Clan Scholae Palatinae in the Rite of Supremacy. He scored an exponential number of wins against the other clans, helping Tarentum obtain an unexpected first place in that event. Were it not for his gaming, the clan would not have received the best win/loss record. The clan would like to reward Dox for his contributions with this Steel Cross. Thank you, Dox.

Tarentum has some really strong gamers included among its members, but Dox is one of, if not THE, top. I recommended him three months ago for a Dark Cross for his gaming skills, and though he is never one to ask for recognition, in the time since he's more than earned another medal to add to his collection. Since that DC I last recommended him for, the statistics have simply been astounding: four Crescents (two Amethyst and one each of the Sapphire and Emerald), seven Pendants of Blood, forty-four Clusters of Fire, two hundred and ninety-eight Clusters of Earth, nine competitions he's been a participant in and one he's run. He's constantly active on our mailing list as well as Telegram chat, and is great for a quick word of advice. As my fellows below will likely agree, he is more than deserving of this Steel Cross. Thank you, Dox, and keep on showing the rest of us how it's done!

Dox is, and always will be an active gamer, and I'd like to say I fully support this, as well. Keep up the good work, Dox!

I might be the Rollmaster of the Clan that tends to his Journeymen but I couldn't help but notice Dox' activity. At the moment he is one of our most active gamer. He has participated in numerous competitions from mobile gaming to our most recent Reanimated Clan competition. He has earned lots of Clusters of Fire and Clusters of Earth and he has bagged himself a lot of Pendant of Bloods, seven to be more exact but also a staggering amount of Crescents of various types (sixteen). Not only that but he has also hosted mobile gaming competitions and is always there for me with advice when I need him to. I feel honored to recommend this award to my brother!

Signed,

Battlelord Frosty Romanae Tarentae

Rollmaster of Tarentum

For representing The Order of the Trident in the gaming aspect of the Brotherhood, by gaining 39 Clusters of Fire and, you may want to sit down for this, 273 Clusters of Earth! Like that isn't enough, Dox also gained 7 Pendants of Blood and this all over the last 2 months. With these amazing numbers of earned Clusters added to his accomplishments, Dox is now among the few that reached rank X in the Grand Master's Royal Guard. Dox adds value to our BattleTeam/Faction and deserves a medal for that.

In the past several months, Dox has been showing regular activity in the form of gaining hundreds of Clusters of Earth for playing Diablo 3, and even earning the odd Crescent or two in approved events. Dox is in regular communication with the rest of the Clan through Telegram, and is also helpful in welcoming and congratulating others over the mailing list for their achievements. He is a friend and brother to all, and cares so much less for personal gain and reward, and more about helping to foster good feelings and healthy friendships across our entire roster. He does a good job of being a present member, and making Tarentum a better home for all.

Thanks for all that you do, Dox. You are forever a part of our foundation for being all Tarentum ought to be.

Dox has been a beacon of guidance since my return to the DB. He's always been available to answer my questions about changes to the Brotherhood, help push me into doing bigger and greater things, and then go play some games together.

Plain and simple, he's doing what we all should be doing for everyone else.

Strask Rurra'bek, 2016-01-15 15:06:06 UTC

As a founding member of the Nekros Syndicate, Dox has been a paragon of activity. Each month he astounds me in the sheer number of clusters he earns in his gaming. He is one amazing guy.

Chronicler Arcadia “Caid” Skålson, 2016-01-15 19:22:07 UTC

Dox is a gamer and Dox is awesome! Not because he is my brother but because he is one of Tarentum's greatest Diablo III player. He has helped me reach paragon 150 but only only me, he's also helped Kaiburr and Darknyte and I've never seen him decline someone for help.

He's also quite the shinny collector with 658 Clusters of Earth, 5 Clusters of Fire, 3 Crescents and a competitions participation count of 14 competitions.

I find Dox more than worthy of this medal. Congratulations!
