Horus has been amazingly active since his return to the Brotherhood. He was a wealth of competition for Taldryan, and now that he's chosen to serve in Exar Kun, I think that Clan will benefit from his activity immensely. I'd like to offer my congratulations to Horus, and recognize him with this, and let him know that his actions do not go unnoticed, and that he is a benefit to his Clan, and his Order.
