Pyralis asked for a special exception in Yemmer's case, to allow her to play in the Sunday Tournament, since she was new, and really wanted to play. I always think activity should be encouraged. Originally, I was just going to give her CFs for her matches, but I think her attitude, and excitement should be encouraged.
