Ashura Isradia has been one of the top performing leaders of this clan. His dedication to his house and the journeymen he serves as well as the entire clan is overwhelming. He continuously strives for improvement and ways to involve and motivate the other members. His recent addition of the Disciples of Ragnos, though his idea, was designed to involve the journeymen in house development and give them something to be proud of; an accomplishment all their own and that’s exactly what it has done. He has led his house with strength, courage and loyalty and has been a shinning example of what a leader should be. Ashura has been involving members in various projects to increase the house and the house's pride. By getting the members to take a part in the Disciples of Ragnos, he has made it more personal and more interactive, more fun. This has boosted activity and lead people to be more into the house and the clan as a whole.

As a QUA he has made himself both open and available to the members of his house should any need arise. Not only is he around for problems but for questions, concerns, and participation. He is always on IRC and ready to involve you in a plan of his, or willing to give input on a plan of yours. He is always willing to bring you up to speed on current house and clan projects.

With everything that Ashura has done to better House Marka Ragnos and the experience of its members, he deserves this! Way to go Ashura!

Ashura has done an amazing job as Quaestor of House Marka Ragnos and has contributed much to the House and his Clan. He is continually thinking of new ideas and new ways to encourage House and Clan participation and has gone above and beyond to help welcome new members, keep them motivated as well as helping develop House Marka Ragnos fictionally. He's helped create the Disciples of Ragnos along with other members of the House and is now currently working on a HMR House Prospectus, both of these you can find on the wiki. Besides this though, he is very active and shows a good example to members by his continued participation in competitions, run-ons and other projects all the while running the House and creating his own competitions for members to participate in. He doesn't just do his job as a leader, but goes beyond that to lead by example. His time and dedication to HMR and to Clan Naga Sadow has shown what an asset he is to the community. It's been an honor working with him as AED in House Marka Ragnos and I feel he whole heartedly deserves this award.

Since his last award, Ashura Isradia Sadow has demonstrated sustained commitment, creativity, and engagement worthy of recognition. He has remained an active and reliable presence within the CNS, competing in 17 competitions and consistently contributing to Clan RP sessions with 4,116 words written. His efforts reflect not only participation, but a clear dedication to advancing shared narratives and supporting Clan cohesion through meaningful in-character involvement.

Ashura has also shown strong personal development through the Shadow Academy, completing 10 courses and earning both the Maven Legends and Savant Legends degrees. His accomplishments are further reinforced by the earning of three Crescents, 91 Clusters, three Seals of Vision, and a Seal of Loyalty, underscoring both achievement and long-term dedication to Clan Naga Sadow and the Brotherhood as a whole. Taken together, these efforts represent a well-rounded and sustained record of service, growth, and contribution, making Ashura Isradia Sadow a most deserving candidate to receive the Grand Cross.
