Vexer has shown that rank matters not when it comes to earning awards. In the short time he's been a part of the clan, he's already earn sixteen crescents, nine of which are Emerald! Since hiring Vexer as the Satal Victus battleteam leader she has done a good job with keeping track of her members activity, writing weekly reports, communicating with her members, making competition, and attempting to boost the morale of her team which will initially boost the morale of the House and eventually the Clan. Everything works in a chain pattern and I can honestly say that she will help this House a great deal, more so then she already has. She is shaping up to be a good leader and I'm pleased to have her on the Staff. She has been in continual contact with her team and has created an useful report format. He is boosting activity ratings slowly but shurely, assisting in the House Summint's goal of creating a more active House. Through all of this Vexer is has also been continuing his active state which was one of the deciding factors when he was chosen as Commander. During the short time I have been Vexer's AED, I believe he is more than deserving of a Dark Cross and I am proud to recommend that he recieve one ~ AED Sunflash<br> <br> -----<br> <br> Vexer has only been Battle Team Leader a short time, but in that time she has done a great job. Already she has been releasing reports, getting in contact with the members, running competitions, and is currently working on writing the history of Ex-Battle Team Keto's Vengeance. She is also very active outside of leadership IRC-wise, despite her location causing time problems, as well as through email and competition participation. For some time now, Vexer has been onboard to teach and aid members between the ranks of Apprentice and Acolyte in a forthcoming revamp to the Plagueis Master/Student System. Before the program is even near launch, she has completed several of her necessary documents without prompting and has been encouraging young members without officially needing to yet. Such dedication and devotion to her work merits a Dark Cross in my eyes, and I'd like to award her one in accordance.
