Being put in a team that he didn’t know, Wes had to quickly get to know the team by communicating with them via email as well as on IRC. After that, he then focused on participating in events for the feud, helping his team in not only getting points but by encouraging them to constantly do their very best. His hard work and efforts in this feud has not only helped him, but helped Arcona and House Galeres with the level of activity that we have seen being produced by our members. I’m requesting this Anteian Cross for Wes for the hard work he put in for the Shadow Clan during the first two weeks of the Dark Crusade. Wes is one of my stalwart members and he worked his arse off to get entries in to four competitions. Wes competed in The Hunt, the SA Encryption course, gaming and he helped Team Arcownage secure second place in the Krayiss II wiki competiton. His hard work contributed to Arcona’s placing and the fantastic showing from Galeres. Congrats, Wes.

Wes participated in 4 events, which was higher than the battle team average of 2.86 and was much higher than the Clan Average of 1.84. Wes did 6 events during the recent IGs and served as BTL of Spectre Cell before its closure and the reopening of Soulfire, encouraging his members and putting out reports. All this while suffering from severe computer issues. I never rewarded him for his work as BTL and it was a gross oversight on my part. He deserves this Anteian Cross. Congrats, Wes!

I am honoured to be recommending Wes for this Anteian Cross for his hard work and dedication. He has helped not only House Galeres but Clan Arcona at the same time. He stepped up for a while serving as a Battleteam Leader as well as participating in the Independence Games.

Wes recently took over as commander of Spectre Cell, though it was only a brief period of time he managed to get the team active and participating in events as one unit, releasing a report and welcoming new comes from the group. He also took the time to participate in the Independence Games, setting himself goals and managing to strive to do his best in the events he partook.

I am honoured to be recommending Wes for this Anteian Cross, he has been a hard worker and motivated member of Clan Arcona during the Dark Crusades. He has been a key part of the Clan and House helping it achieve second place overall in the Dark Crusade, keeping himself motivated and driven throughout and seeing it through to the very end.

He has been a driven and motivated part of Soulfire Strike team, keeping himself on IRC as well as chatting with members of the clan to keep them driven. Wes has made sure that he has been key in the involvement of Soulfire Strike Team during the Dark Crusade. He has been in constant contact with his Battleteam Leader letting him know what is going on, for all of his help we saw multiple wins in Arcona as well as making sure that everyone else in his team was also keeping up offering help with them.
