I would like to make Pontifex Arion Aquillarum Sunrider aware of my immense gratitude for his recent work on behalf of the House. When we first launched the website, it quickly stagnated as our previous coding team fell victim to real life. Arion stepped in and redid the site, took up the hosting, and made sure it was viable and met our needs.

He also worked with me in creating a home on the website where The Chronicles of Revan (our graphic web novel) could be published to and within a few days had everything live and working on the site.

These are two key pieces of the puzzle in Revan that would sorely be missed as we try to establish our little corner of the Brotherhood. The kind of talent and devotion Arion displays on a regular basis is such a rare commodity that I want to make sure he knows he is appreciated in our circle.

Arion served the Chamber of Justice admirably over his six-month term as Left Hand of Justice. During this time, he was a consistent presence and fulfilled his day-to-day duties as is expected by the Justicar. In addition, he served as counsel during two Chamber trials, providing important advice to the defendants, the Justicar, and the Chamber. The Justicar thanks Arion for his service.

Montresor, Kalen, and Zoron created an excel worksheet that keeps track of awards, merit medals, sacramental medals, news posts, and reports. These trackers were originally created by hand and the data was manually input, but have since been coded within our website and provide an automatic review of those who need rewards and those who may need to be a little more pro-active in their visibility. This is an invaluable tool that will be used across the Dark Brotherhood and for years to come. Congrats!

The Chamber of Justice has for a long time been running its operations "off-site." That is, we have tracked our data about members very inefficiently through spreadsheets, emails and other documents. Over the last decade, that has led to a loss of a lot of data.

We put in a request that some "wish list" items be added to the website to assist the CoJ. Given the busy schedules of the SCL team, I didn't expect them to get done any time soon. Lo and behold, Gavriel has completed a substantial portion of the requests in short order. He coded the ability for the Chamber of Justice to track matching member IP addresses and see login information on the site. He also coded a system for tracking probation of members, which helps automate certain functions. In all, this is stellar work that will go a long way to improving the CoJ.
