Wiktor, while new to Scholae Palatinae, is not new to the Brotherhood and I could see it when I first read his dossier. This member has completed over 10 SA courses, earned 3 CF's and is regularly on IRC (RL permitting). This constant source of activity, drive and motivation is a refreshing change and it is with great hope that we will place him with a worthy Master and see him attain the rank of Dark Knight within Our Clan.
