Taig (or TKGR, as he is sometimes known :P) has, quite frankly, been a massive breath of fresh air ever since he blazed into CNS to take on the role of my Proconsul. He's solid, reliable, keeps his finger on the pulse of events, and has taken to the task of helping me run the Clan with stunning aplomb. Despite coming into the Clan from outside, Taig has settled in incredibly, and it now feels like he's been here for an age- he gets on well with everybody in the Clan, and is friendly and approachable to all. The RoS was a great test of his leadership prowess, and Taig rose to the challenge admirably, doing everything he could to motivate and encourage other members of the Clan to take part and also leading by example, taking part in several of the fiction events and the ACC, where he took home a couple of well-deserved victories. Taig was on IRC for most of the Feud, badgering people to post in their battles and to avoid timing out, and his dedication and determination was particularly uplifting to me. I think I'm entirely justified in saying that CNS' third place finish is largely due to Taig's determination and encouragement of other members, and I haven't even scratched on his amazing work in the Shadow Academy, where I have the joy of working with him in his position as Praetor to the Headmaster. His love for the SA is infectious, and his dedication to that role (alongside his role as PCON) is superlative; he neglects neither position and excels in both. For these reasons, along with his incredible performance and motivational skills during the RoS, it is my distinct honour to present Taigikori with this Sapphire Blade. Very well deserved, Taig! ~KPN Manji Keibatsu Sadow, Consul of Naga Sadow

I try to reward Academy staff members around every six months, with Scrolls of Foundation or Dark Crosses, whatever they have earned. Every time I do so, however, it reminds me of how little I reward Taigikori for his extreme dedication and hard work as my Praetor. He has been working with me for around a year now, pretty much half of my time as Headmaster, and I am not sure what sort of time that would have been without him. Not too long after he joined me, I helped in getting him promoted, but other than that the only thing I have given Taig is a Steel Cross and Seal of Loyalty, which just isn't enough.

Taig is my right and left-hand, and he performs both tasks superbly. He is always there to give feedback and criticism on every project the Shadow Academy and I are working on. He helps with new course revision, and has even started to help with coding. He is also a bountiful source of ideas himself, with the Test of Power revamp and a future Order CORE plans all coming from him. The massive restructuring of the Shadow Academy into Departments, Professors, and Docents, which has been extremely successful in terms of efficiency, was also an idea Taig presented when he first applied for the position. He helped with Journeymen Competitions and fictional updates, both of which are coming back in a more streamlined and encompassing way, which Taig will once again be heading. Finally, Taig is always happy to do the grunt work, be it working on a Wiki article for the tenth time, clearing out the grading que when things get backed up, or writing yet another recommendation for a staff member (note: I wrote this one).

The most amazing thing about Taig, however, is how he manages to do all of this Shadow Academy work while at the same time juggling countless other jobs. In the DB, he is a Proconsul, which is definitely no walk in the park, and he also keeps up with gaming and participating in vendettas. Best yet, he is in college and a police officer (though, oddly, he is on IRC most while working....), and just recently became a father, but that is not stopping him from checking email and giving feedback. Taigikori is one of the most dedicative, responsible, and hardworking members that the Shadow Academy or the Brotherhood has, and he has made my job a lot easier. For this, I proudly recommend him for this Sapphire Blade ~ Dark Side Adept Aabsdu di Plagia Dupar; Headmaster of the Shadow Academy

The man known as Taig is a natural leader who inspires and encourages all the members of Clan Naga Sadow to put forth their effort and have fun. He has fit perfectly among the members of CNS, from old to new, and sometimes you forget he’s only been with the Clan for a short time. Always available and easy to talk to, Taig has been a great asset to the Clan and his leadership and skill contributed to the Clan placing Third in the Rite of Supremacy. I am proud to assist in recommending Taigikori Dupar a very well earned Sapphire Blade. – SWL Robert Sadow

Tigger, is probably hands down, the best inspirational and motivating, and probably the craziest leader know to man. Every week we would get an email saying how there's only X amount of time left before the week was out and that we only had a few submissions for the RoS and he wanted to see more. He was on top of everyone during the ACC events, making sure no one timed out, and if someone was close he would be baggering them with emails or PM's on IRC to make sure they were getting the matches done. Taig, fine job man, and congrats on the Sapphire Blade. -OT Fremoc Pepoi, QUA of HMR

The position of Justicar within the Dark Jedi Brotherhood is one of the most challenging within our club. No one likes the Justicar. He is always biased, always out to get someone, and never fair. Fortunately for the Dark Brotherhood, we have Taig. Taig has found the uncanny ability to prosecute multiple individuals, but do it in a manner that has left little room to argue his decisions. Clones have been dealt with fairly, trolls have received vengeance, and those who would threaten our members were met with severe consequences. Taig has continued to protect our members and enforce our club's laws in a manner that is befitting of his position. Congrats! -GM Pravus, Voice

Justicar, like Master at Arms, can often be an unpopular, but critical role within the club. We use a unique system of justice to ensure that our members are treated fairly whether an issue arises due to their actions or another's. The man who sits on top of that delicate system has the unenviable job of dispensing this justice. People speak of "impartiality," "unbiased opinion." News flash everyone, there is no such thing. But there does exist the rare gift of being able to set aside one's personal feelings as fully as can be done and following the evidence wherever it may lead. This is what Taig has tried his best to do for us in his tenure as Justicar. And for this I am truly grateful.

-Raken, Shadow Hand

Justicars get a raw deal. They are the bogeyman that the jackholes of the club are threatened with, making him a target for the most dedicated trolls. In the past years, the amount of cases had been minimal, but there must be something in the water with the number of complaints flwoing through to him lately. Yet, Taigi has been able to keep his head clear and keep his heart out of it. He has been able to look at each case with a newcomer's eyes, and deal with them appropriately, no matter how politically charged the climate becomes. this is the mark of a Great Justicar, and I am certain that history will see him in that light. For now, I would extend my thanks, and a small token of my appreciation for him. Thank you, Taigikori.
