Nine months have passed since Shirai was appointed Quaestor of Shar Dakhan. In that time he has run a handful of competitions, including a month long run on for the whole Clan where he was in charge of both laying out the plot and also getting people to participate in it.

In Fading Lights he participated in the run on in the first round and during round three he managed to compete in the trivia event and fiction event despite being in the middle of a move and having only his phone to work from.

Even though he has been without a computer and stuck in the middle of a move for the past month and a half he still keeps in contact with his fellow summit members and his House.
