The position of Inter-Club Training Event Tribune is one of the most important positions in the Dark Brotherhood. The T:ICTE is in charge of working with other clubs in the Star Wars universe and controlling what is often a chaotic mix of individuals and personalities. <br> <br> SW Karel has handled this responsibility with passion, initiative, and skill well beyond his years. Without guidance, input, or support, Karel planned the ORW for the Dark Brotherhood. In addition to planning the event, he advertised it and helped lead the Dark Brotherhood to a dominating victory.<br> <br> You know a leader has done a spectacular job when people have no interest in applauding him, yet still do. This is the case with Karel, with several ORW Clubs sending me recommendations for an award for Karel. The Rebel Squadrons have stated the ORW would have never happened without Karel, the VE thanked him for his planning, and several DB members outside of his clan have made comments about Karel's great work.<br> <br> Please award SW Karel the Sapphire Blade for his consistent and skillful service to the Dark Brotherhood.<br> <br> Keep up the great work Karel!
