Primary reason

Tek Cicero Dantes' arrival to House Cestus was actually rather unexpected; I had never known the guy until his transfer, only understanding from his recent activity that he was a former member of Clan Plagueis. Considering the amount of time he had spent in both the EHDB and the DB itself, I was unsure of how much he would offer to Tarentum, and I remained unsure until the beginning of the ninth Great Jedi War.

Tek, in many ways, became an overlooked contributor to Tarentum's effort in the war. While people such as Vai Azexel, Huldrych, Frosty, and me were being looked up to as chief participants in the war's events, Tek quietly did his part. He was a major contributor to the clan's ACC standings, remaining undefeated in every challenge he took. Later on, when the war was almost finished, I was surprised to receive an e-mail from him detailing just how much he had really done. He had submitted to the trivia events, puzzle events, fiction events, and game events multiple times, and I had been completely unaware of it when I shouldn't have been. He had helped Cestus greatly in the war, and I had not thanked him for it.

Now with the war over, I see Tek as not only a great asset to Cestus, but also an excellent mentor. Recently he has taken on Tier-Avis Nami as his apprentice, and unlike every other separate master I have tried to communicate with, he is the most constant in speaking with me on his apprentice's progress. He desires to watch over Tier-Avis and see him progress when he deserves it, proving that he is a trustworthy teacher and a reliable individual. It is high time he was rewarded for his actions, and I am very happy to have him in Tarentum and only wish to see more of his work as the clan recovers and moves on to greater things. In the end, I apologize to Tek for the delayed award, and I thank him for working for Cestus even when he did not receive his recognition until now.
