While I can see how this might be inhibiting to Siyavash's progress towards a promotion to Krath Archpriestess, I simply do not know if she will be returning to the Brotherhood, and would like to show her that I truly appreciate her efforts by rewarding her this token of my gratitude and recognition. In my opinion, Krath Priestess Siyavash, although now transferred to the Rogues due to being MIA, must be rewarded for her service, dedication, and hard work for House Acclivis Draco.
Since joining Scholae Palatinae last September, Siyavash was a member who would always bug you for more work. Hesitant, because I didn't really know her, I waved off her first several attempts with a "Everything is covered here." Honestly, everything was covered.
With her next attempt, I gave her a list of options. I recall her not liking any of them, so I vaguely suggested "House and Clan rituals". She eagerly snatched up the idea and rolled with it with very little guidance. In one week, she had written up two pages concerning rituals that corresponded with Clan Scholae Palatinae's artifacts. She wrote four rituals and truly showed that she was both creative, ingenious, and gifted with the talent to write. Soon after, she was working with then-Consul Braecen Kunar with other rituals: appointment to positions (AED, QUA, PCON, CON, etc.), promotions, and being awarded the Clan name - Palpatine.
As the new year dawned, my Aedile(s) and I were churning out more ideas. When I announced that the HAD Review (a project geared towards recording history) would continue after my Aedile, and founder of the Review, Rhaub D'ar Aghasett, transferred to Rogues, Siyavash enthusiastically volunteered to help. I slowly built together a guide for interviewers that totaled to five pages. Siyavash reviewed the guide and edited it.
For her continuous advice, work, and greatness, I recommend a Steel Cross for Priestess Kaida. Congratulations, Siya! I hope you come back.
