James is an essential member of BT Omega Squadron; he is always willing to go beyond what is asked of him, not only to help himself, but other members of the team also. He has maintained a high level of activity; entering almost every BT competition and writing several pages of fiction. He has remained in constant contact with me enquiring about ways in which to gain promotion and rise through the ranks in the Dark Brotherhood. He is very hard working and it is a privilege to have him as a member of my team. He more than deserves this award for his outstanding efforts. Congratulations!
