Primary reason

Teebu continues to keep me on my toes in the best way possible. Whenever he's not busy being a position holder in three different staffs (Taldryan Summit, Regent Staff, Exarch Staff) he's helping me organise events for Taldryan.

Namely the recent Taldryan event, the Saijo Superweapon in which he helped me co-organise tbe event, as well as determine story points. He also Co-hosted the RP with me for the event.

In total since his last recognition, Teebu has participated in 8 competitions and earned the following awards;

Crescent with Ruby Star x1

Crescent with Amethyst Star x1

Crescent with Quartz Star x1

SA courses passed x 47

Degrees earned x7

ACC battles completed x1

Lastly, he has accumulated 4179 Medal XP, which already pushed him to a Grand Cross. However, with his work on both the Regent and Exarch Staff (Both Noobis and Wally will comment on that) I am happy to say he has earned his first Amethyst Kukri!

Congratulations, Teebu!

Additional reasons

I can confidently say that over the last two months, Teebu has really surprised me and stepped up the ante as a Regent Staffer. He has been reinvigorated by our work on recently completed and incoming projects, working hard to bring new and exciting content to the Brotherhood's possessions system and keep things fresh. Just one month ago Teebu worked alongside the other Magistrate, Korvis, to spearhead implementation of our fifth booster release - Confederacy II - which saw a swath of CIS and "The Mandalorian" items hit the stores for both members and clans.

Since then, he's assisted so far on two additional projects: He was a helping hand during our recent switch up of the Celebration Store, which was focused on changing the way that store worked from its previous "special editions and rare items" vibe into strictly special editions you can't find anywhere else. He was also instrumental in development of Project Craft-'Em-All's new site trophy and superspecialgrantedcraftingmaterial item type costs, which have set the stage for the rest of this expansive project and have already been approved by the GM/DGM for us to continue working.

Without his efforts over the last two months, the Regent Staff probably would not already be well into the deep on Project Craft-'Em-All, which is a major change from how the previous iteration (Masterwork Possessions) was going to work and function and overall is a lot more effort. To thank him for his service, I'm support this award and am adding this recommendation for his first Amethyst Kukri.

Keep up the good work, Teebu.

Teebu's work on the Exarch Staff turned out to be the secret sauce I hadn't realized we were in dire need of. When it came time to batten down the hatches and go full speed ahead to ram the iceberg that was the metaphoric challenge of launching a first-of-its-kind Trophy-based society for the RP system, Teebu stepped up and performed where it mattered.

Wait, why was I talking about icebergs? Oh, right, challenges that look small on paper but end up being much larger when you look beneath the surface. One of the foremost challenges we faced when designing this system was "projecting" rankings based on the points we set up.

Teebu was able to take the existing data and create data model/simulations for us that helped us tweak/figure out the magic formula for how to account for RP Activity. In truth, the launch of the Envoy Corps wouldn't have happened as soon as it had if it weren't for his hard work and lots of manual data entry that was required to tweak and re-export the results.

Beyond that, Teebu was able to take the data and work with it in a constructive mindset. While there were some struggles through the process, I watched Teebu, I think, mature a bit and understand the gravity of launching something for the entire Brotherhood rather than just something that affects a clan.

He's been a great addition to the staff otherwise, engaging in conversations and debates and helping with the design and implementation of the reward structure and items. He's helped process a few RPs in the queue as well.

Thank you for all the hard work, Teebu. It's appreciated by me, and now, I hope, by the rest of the Brotherhood.

Since his last medal, Teebu has organized 12 comps, including the Talydrithmas and Fortress Cloudhaven events, participated in 51, and DMed seven RP sessions for a total of over 20k words. Teebu has built a strong summit with the additions of Appius and Alaisy, and their hard work shows: for the first quarter of 2024, Taldryan saw an impressive 96% of its members participate in competitions.

Teebu is a constant and encouraging presence on Discord and has made a strong effort to build Tal's community while constantly looking for ways to improve the club as a whole. Congratulations, Teebu!

If there's one thing I know about Cassandra, (formerly known as Tiddles the Ewok before that character was eaten by our Justicar,) its that he likes to plan ahead.

Currently, the Taldryan Summit is in the process of preparing for the next major Clan event to take place sometime in the summer. Teebu has had us working since the start of the year in preparation for it. Whether it is aiding Meleu in updating/creating gods only know how many wiki pages, writing fiction updates himself, or assigning myself and Alaisy to faction and lore creation. He very much is the brain of the operation sending the commands to the other organs of the summit.

Weird metaphor aside, Cassandra developed the fictional background for the most recent Taldryan event, planning competitions, and developing story beats for the RP that run alongside it.

He's also a big proponent of the #OneBrotherhood initiative. We recently finished a joint Clan event with Arcona, Odan-Urr, and Naga Sadow. He brought it before the summit and voiced his approval of doing such an event with members all across the club.

Cassandra, Teebu, Tibbles, congratulations on your AK! You earned it!

Since rejoining my staff in the fall as Magistrate to the Regent, Teebu (Cassandra) has been a force to be reckoned with; he’s handled a large portion of the QoL fixes that have gone on behind the scene with clan unit possessions, including description edits to several items to bring them in line with Wookieepedia, completing full stock rules audits on all five types of clan land vehicle unit possessions (which included at minimum adding an un-stock rule for Antrophos Military Academy), and decommissioned seventy four of those items from AMA’s inventory. He performed the same sort of audit on all clan space vehicle unit possessions.

Like all of my staff members Teebu was integral in the inception and deployment of our first step towards a refined crafting system, participating frequently in the mountainous talks, thresholds and costs and other factors we needed to take into consideration. He worked on the development of Member Corvette costs and pricing, added seven Member Corvette crafting material prototypes of his own, and worked to provide both pre and post-crafting framework launch support. He conducted two quality control passes on member corvette crafting materials, helped add both lightsaber and member corvette blueprints to the site, and went through the task of creating all of the clone “disassemble” recipes required to uncraft an item. He continued to spot check items post-launch by making sure crafting materials were not running empty why we investigated why they were not stocking correctly.

Once a year for the two previous years we have run our Life Day Celebration Series competition, and like other members of my staff Teebu helped both plan and execute that competition series run club-wide, personally participating as a judge on several of the competitions and ensuring a smooth event overall.

For his continued service to the Brotherhood at large, often from behind the scenes, I hereby append this recommendation. Thanks for all the hard work, Teebu.
