Locust has dominated the ICTE these past two weeks and shown strong performance in earlier weeks. Not only are his skills exemplary, but he has a high IRC presence and greets everyone that enters. In his position as Envoy, he has excelled in helping the new recruits we get to achieve the rank of Acolyte quickly. Locust assuredly deserves this award. Good work in the ICTE!
