Consistent. Dedicated. Driven. These are the words I use to define one of Scholae Palatinae's most vocal, visual leaders and role models. And today, I hope to reward her efforts in generating activity, creating a positive environment and guiding those whom prosper under the banner of the triumvirate dragon. <br> <br> She has made selfless sacrifices on behalf of this Clan time and time again. Her first sacrifice was for Caliburnus, leaving her position of Aedile of Acclivis Draco to assume the same duties under Quaestor Thran Occasus. This tandem, or pairing, has created positive direction and helped the traditionally Sith House find its stability and prosperity. Her second sacrifice was the position of Clan Envoy, to further the efforts of the Knight's Society as the Knight Adjutant. This move was made to help strengthen the Brotherhood, and I believe her time under the KCB provided valuable insight into the Dark Brotherhood's overall structure; knowledge she applies to Scholae Palatinae.<br> <br> As both an Aedile and Adjutant, Rasilvenaira acted on the orders of her commander. She has compiled countless reports, done tasks of great import and some trivial, pursued ideas towards success or dead end... and done an outstanding job as a support leader. These tasks are often considered the 'heavy lifting' of maintenance and she does it all with considerable ease. <br> <br> You combine this with the outstanding level of activity she exhibits, and you have to wonder how one member can generate so much activity. What activity, exactly? Silver maintains success as an ACC Trainer/Judge, source of direction in mentorship, accrued over 2,100 cluster of fire in her career, prospered during her short tenure in the Grand Master's Royal Guard, six crescents (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald x3 & Quarts), six Pendants of Blood, submissions in 9 Clan Feud events against Arcona (a Clan best), a masterful part of the House Caliburnus Artifact run-on, participant of CSP's SIT dominance (CSP played more matches than the rest of the DB at one point) and Thran's everlasting aide in his fictional expanding of Caliburnus. <br> <br> Lastly, and most unnoticed by outside factions, is Silver's role in the CSP JA Training Program. She works, tirelessly, with Cethgus to ensure program integrity. As part of this, the team is in the final stages of a JA Guide & creation of a 12 week lesson plan for their course to provide rigidity. She hosts a class every Friday (without complaint) and participates in Cethgus' lessons every Monday! A tremendous feat in of its own!<br> <br> I believe this wide array of personal and professional activity, in conjunction with Thran's written point of view, merits the highest of honors: a Grand Cross.<br> <br> I know this token of appreciation does not cover all that you do, or the hassles Thran and I put you through... but consider it a down payment for the work you do in the name of the Clan. Though I do not wish to demean her current prowess, I took on a role as a mentor for her. She was an Aedile who had little guidance. Instantly, she took to lessons and worked openly with me. In the months that have passed since we first met, she has made gigantic strides in her leadership prowess. To begin with, she is a concise and dependable reporter. This task alone is something that is very difficult to accomplish. However, the improvements and work she has accomplished exceeds the praise of good reporting skills by a great margin. <br> <br> Rasilvenaira man-handled the House Wikipedia Page, earning it a place in the Featured Articles. The piece is well composed and details all the knowledge we have about the House. As a fun side-task, she completed portions of several more pages relating to her character history. This in itself is what really makes her stand out above the rest of the pack. Not only can she tackle large projects, but they are done in a timely fashion and she still manages to advance her character status without any slowing. I am often awestruck by what she can accomplish. As her Superior, I am half temped to use my political weight to make sure I always work with her from now on. She is diligent and extremely dedicated, but above all she is a confident and reliable Sith. I can not describe how little stress I get when working with her. The papers fly off my desk like they were in a gale. When ever a task is issued to her, it gets back to you in a flash. <br> <br> In one case, she helped me with the creation of the background information for the Caliburnus Run-on. Because of her work, I could easily compile all the documents and sent it for approval. Not only was it approved, the GM was so impressed it happened about 8 hours after I sent it in. She contributed many different pieces and went to great detail to describe the exact description of the image. Her work was spectacular and helped the house in an unfathomable way. This is only one example among many others, where she has made my life one million times easier.<br> <br> Above the domination of office management she displays, Rasilvenaira works hard in the ACC. As any of the ACC Staff would tell you, that is a task. Posting in multiple battles during any given time frame is a very difficult thing to manage. Yet, she can handle it. She routinely completes battles and is almost always punctual about it. Again, enjoying some free time, she often competes in other engagements for points. I am awestruck at her talent in writing complete posts.<br> <br> In relation to her writing skills, she has posted in all of the recent run-ons and has contributed greatly to the development of the plot. Her adventures include the House Caliburnus Quest for the Caliburnus blade and the Clan Feud with Arcona. She also routinely submits fictions and other competition entries. <br> <br> In short, Rasilvenaira is with out a doubt the biggest outside contributing factor to my own personal advancement. She makes every task simple and still finds time for fun. She is an excellent partner and one of the most dedicated members of the Clan. I would not be able to function as a Quaestor if it were not for her working along side me. She handles every task with skill and grace and for that I could not thank her enough. Congratulations Ras. During the course of her time on the ACC Staff, Rasilvenaira has been promoted and awarded in various fashion by her Clan, with the mention of her work on the ACC Staff thrown in together with the rest of the recommendations. However, she has never been fully awarded for her efforts as part of the staff, and I wish to rectify that now.<br> <br> As a trainer, her duties were two-fold. One of her jobs was to be the partner for someone who wishes to qualify. That then requires her to post in the battle and in the end “judge” to determine whether someone is ready to move onto the Combat Centre proper. Her second set of duties were the “training” aspect. This involves not only posting against someone, but also giving them detailed points and tips on each of their posts. These are some of the most time consuming jobs in the DB, and she did it all while continuing to be an active and integral part of her own House and Clan. Altogether she was responsible for well over 30 such training and qualification matches. This is then on top of being on IRC, and being an active “helper” in the ACC channel, guiding those newcomers around the ACC itself. She has also “won” ACC MVP two months in a row, being an integral part of keeping much of the workload off the shoulders of the CM and DCM during that time, while they concentrated on the RoS.<br> <br> For all of her hard work and dedication to the ACC during her time on the staff, she is more than worthy of this award. <br> <br> Thank you

Scholae Palatinae battled through the Seventh Great Jedi War to attain the prestigious title of Second Clan. Under the banner of the dragon, fifty three (53) individuals contributed to our final standings - assisting in a multitude of manners across a broad spectrum of events. Of these warriors, I present an individual of great achievement before the Master At Arms to be rewarded for their contributions in this Vendetta.

Silver, while quiet for her normal standards, contributed a great deal to the CSP War Effort. She posted two, solid Run-On passages, participated in twenty six matches of JA, four matches of BF2/EaW, four ACC battles, received high marks in her four Fiction Ladder entries and similarly received full marks for her three Poetry/GFX entries. She did all of this while leading House Caliburnus as an Aedile and directing the Clan as the ACC Coach. Meaning, she pulled double duty throughout the war... answering questions/developing new members as an AED... then redoubling her efforts to pass on tidbits of wisdom and proof prospective ACC posts for members unable to fathom the complexities of a facility she has served in for over a standard year.

As for massive Clan work... She is a graphics guru for many of us. Providing images/maps of planets and facilities to enhance our clan's depth. Beyond this, she is our resident go-to coder and has done the HC home page, the CSP Summer Games page and Golden Iris page. Lastly, as we undertook opening our own server.... it was Silver whom scouted prices and has set up our ClanMod function that works so well. Without her help we never would have been able to open the server to continue our JA Lessons, unmolested from prying eyes outside of CSP.

Additionally, Silver served as the administrative counterpart for HC's Thran Occasus during the Golden Iris Conflict where she not only created the website, but oversaw the delivery of the competition's events and fiction. She inspired her House to activity and several, prominent members emerged from the House campaign (over 7 competitions in a month!) ready for GJW7. Lastly, I would be saddened not to mention her constant work on the Fiction Staff, ACC and EP within the Brotherhood. She found time to balance all of these tasks AND serve her Clan.

Rasilveraira came back to Scholae Palatinae running. Knocking out SA exams, helping get fellow members gaming, running competitions, proofing fictions, you name it, she is there. This is on top of a long backlog of great and tremendous efforts by her over the years. She has hit 44 competitions, completed 43 exams earning 6 degrees. She has fought in the ACC against several members, with six matches judged and gained the title Avatar of Strife. She is quick to offer help to her clanmates, and treats them all with respect and a knowing mind of how to help them improve. It has been great to have her back, and great to see her rewarded for the last several years worth of activity. Thanks Ras! Xen’Mordin Palpatine
