Narman found himself facing one of the most difficult challenges a Clan leader can encounter: stepping into the role of Consul unexpectedly and with very little time to prepare before the start of the Great Jedi War. Taking command of a Clan is a significant responsibility under normal circumstances, but inheriting that role on the eve of the Brotherhood's largest event requires exceptional adaptability, dedication, and leadership. Rather than being overwhelmed by the challenge before him, Narman rose to the occasion and helped guide Clan Taldryan to an outstanding performance.
Throughout his tenure, Narman provided the stability and direction needed to keep Taldryan moving forward during a critical period. He embraced the responsibilities of Consul, supported his members, and ensured the Clan remained engaged and competitive throughout the war. His willingness to step up when the Clan needed him most is a testament to his commitment and dedication.
The results of his leadership speak clearly. During the Great Jedi War, Clan Taldryan saw 17 unique participants, averaging more than 46% participation across each phase and earning an impressive 3,421.95 points. Narman personally contributed 244.09 of those points, demonstrating that he was not only guiding the Clan from a leadership position but actively contributing alongside his members.
Beyond the war, Narman has continued to be an active and valuable member of the Brotherhood. Since his last award, he has participated in 72 competitions, earning 31 Crescents and 244 Clusters across a variety of activities. He has also organized 18 competitions, helping create additional opportunities for members to participate and engage with the community.
Leadership is often tested most when circumstances are uncertain, and Narman proved himself more than capable when called upon. He accepted a difficult responsibility, navigated the challenges of leading through a Great Jedi War, and helped Taldryan achieve a successful result. For his exceptional service as Consul of Clan Taldryan, I am pleased to recommend that Narman be awarded the Ruby Scepter.
