Since he started his work as Assistant Envoy, he has been consistently active above and beyond what I expected of him.<br> <br> He has proven to be an excellent mentor to the active new recruits, giving them much more time and personal attention than I could. He often e-mails them without any prompting from me, and attempts to get them involved in all aspects of Ektrosis’ activity such as the recent RPGs. Ricco has been the key player in creating the graphics seen in the past two Dark Voice issues. He has created a great number in a quick and timely manner when asked. Many more of his graphics have gone unseen, used to develop the new look of the publication or just not used entirely. The number seen in the publications to date totals 21 and those used in the layout development total several dozen.
