Before his transfer Tyre had performed wonders as a Battle Tem Leader, and served the house well as both a leader and a member. His efforts towards creating activities for his unit, working on the wiki and the history of Dark Fire Brigade, and leading by example as he did several SA courses and other competitions, all of this is commendable and I send my thanks and wish I could have seen him continue to do well in the house. While it is a mixed feeling to award him this medal, there is no doubt in my mind that Tyre has earned it. Congratulations and I hope to see you return one day.

Recently, I decided to join the modern era by accepting the new modern trend of getting spacers and an image signature created, to adorn my frequent musings on the news page in both news, and report form.

Along comes Kazmir, who despite the fact that he should clearly know better, volunteered to help craft such things for me.

Umpteen versions, and hours later, it has finally been completed. For granting this great service to his Aedile, and for helping me craft a symbol that shall be soon forever associated with me, I hereby award Kazmir Natas a Dark Cross.

Kaz provided me with the designs for the Inquisitor and Chief Inquisitor robes. His hand drawn sketches were used in the final versions of the robes the Fiction Society has on display. Without those designs I would have a much, much harder time at designing and publishing the robes on time. Thanks Kaz, I'll enjoy working with you in the future. ;)

Arv has just returned from the Rogues and has been increasing his activity in the past few weeks, participating in 11 competitions since then and has hauled in 3 crescents from those comps, for more than a 25% placement rate. That's terrific and he's setting a great example for the rest of the Clan. Not only that, he's pulled in a pair of Clusters of Ice! To recognize his work in representing Tal as well as recognizing his recent uptick in activity, I wish to award Arv a Dark Cross! Great work!

I am happy to be recommending Kaz for a Dark Cross even though he was just recently promoted back in July. This man has his hands in all three of our core activities, gaming, graphics and writing. In a short time Kaz has a cluster of clusters: 139 of Fire, 3 of Ice, 223 Earth and 3 Graphite. To earn his clusters Kaz participated in 18 total competitions since his last award, wrote almost 1750 words of fiction and participated in 26 PvE activities. His varied efforts also net him five crescents: one of the Ruby Star variety, three of Sapphire and one of Topaz.

Kaz also went 9/10 in the first week of the recently completed Pro Bowl and participated in at least one event in each of the other two rounds. He also remains an active member of Clan Taldryan chat and is always very positive and affable. Congrats Kaz!
