Rho Ozrei d'Tana has been leading in Arcona now for 6 months. Starting out as Aedile, Rho combined his duties with Clan Envoy to administrate the arrival of new members with a more pro-active role in leading House Galeres and assisting his QUA, Zandro Erinos. In his rise to Quaestor, Rho proved he is more than capable in leading a House. His communciation with members is excellent, he has a good handle on the battle teams in his House, he co-ordinates well with his BTL's and he ensures that there are competitions and activities for his members. Furthermore, Rho can lead by example with high qulaity submissions and good participation in Clan competitions. Rho is also extremely good at monitoring and rewarding the memebrs of his House. Although Rho has only just started as a leader in Arcona he has proven he has the grit and characetr to survive in such a role. Even better than this, he is organised, plans well and has great ideas to help expand and develop his House. Rho, your efforts to date have been exemplary and while you need no encouragement, let this award be a token of our appreciation for your excellent start as a leader in Arcona.
