Xathia has been a constant and steady help in many past and ongoing House projects. Her insight and willingness to help earned her a spot in my informal inner circle known as the Serpents Fangs. This inner circle of people are those I turn to when seeking input on various House projects as well as generally assisting in the brainstorming phase on many things. Xathia fits this role perfectly as she is always game for whatever I toss her way and attacks any problem or project with a zeal that is admirable and refreshing.
Lately she has helped me with fixing and editing many of the House related wiki pages and is currently in the process of helping me to rewrite content for some of the other pages and will be helping me to update those as we get the content polished. Xathia has also been a big help in planning and promoting House wide competitions, and is often one I turn to for research on various topics.
Xathia is also a very skilled writer and has helped many times in offering her assistance as proofreader for House fiction projects. Currently she is also a huge contributor to the ongoing Caliburnus Facilities project.
So much of what Xathia does is behind the scenes work that goes unnoticed by the general populace of the Clan, however her work has made my job as Quaestor that much easier and I wish to award her this Steel Cross as a token to remind Xathia that her efforts are not in vain, and that they are deeply and greatly appreciated.

I never planned to have an assistant as Ward of the South, but having seen Xathias performance, Im definitely glad I did.
Xathia is a huge help in everything I do as CSPs Character Development advisor, her support and opinions are as invaluable as the actual work she puts in.
As part of the character development drive, we run monthly topics aimed at various aspects of character background. Her ideas are typically exceptional, as is her organisation of what we should organise when. One of these competitions, Shades of Distant Past, was organised and promoted purely by her, and was a huge success.
Most of our work takes place on the DB Wikipedia, helping struggling members find their way with wiki structure and code. Due to the rather personal nature of such work, Im sure a lot of it goes un-noticed, but I often hear stories of how huge a help she can be. Evidence towards this is her accumulation of four votes in the CSP Oscars (a voting competition) for best Wikipedian, likely due in part to her helping those voters.
If I mention everything Ill overload the site bandwidth, so Ill end with reports. Ward of the South reports are bi-weekly, and while I do the majority, Xathia has produced two impeccable reports while I was unable to do so, featuring DB Wiki and Ward of the South news, promoting our competitions, commenting on a featured article of her choice, and hosting a successful trivia on the bottom.
