Yeldarb has given constantly conflicting statements, shown lack of prompt action, had a hostile attitude, and taken inappropriate actions as leader of the DBPA. In addition he has purjured himself during testimony and obstructed justice. Both of these are completely and totally unacceptable for any member of the Dark Brotherhood, especially a member who occupies a leadership position.
