Augur Terran Koul
Appearance: Tousled hair sweeps back from a widow's peak, a shade darker than Terran's arched brows. His dark blue eyes and high cheekbones - sharp enough to cut rock - would cause him to stand out in most crowds, even with a goatee softening his chin. With his coloring and bone-structure, he could nearly be Hapan. Yet his pink lips look accustomed to frowning despite the glimmer in his eyes, and the scars that mar his pale cheeks prove his background put little value in physical beauty. His aquiline nose has clearly been broken on more than one occasion, suggesting the scars on his face are hardly accidental.
Distinguishing Marks: Terran Koul's left cheek is marred by a long, curving scar, matched on the right by a smaller, triangular mate. Even lacking the typical Kiffar tattoos, his scars serve to make him stand out in a crowd. He also has glyphs of blue, the same shade as his eyes, tattooed along his outer biceps.
Attire: Terran's clothing is rough-spun and utilitarian, with only the barest of concessions to fashion. A plain white shirt, tight through the chest, suggests a muscle-tone born of hard labor or years swimming, rather than a gym. A single holster is slung low on the waist of his tan pants and fastened across his right thigh, with a second at the small of his back. In addition to the pair of blasters, a spring-loaded sheath - the only piece of his Jensaarai armor he still wears - rides his right wrist, keeping his lightsaber in easy reach. Koul's reinforced black leather boots are cracked with age, but lovingly maintained with obvious care. Covering it all is a chestnut coat, loose in the sleeves and open, keeping his movements free and easy. Numerous pockets in the cloak's interior hold grenades, blades, candy, datapads, lock-picks, rocks, stuncuffs, and, on occasion, vegetables or yarn.

The main structure of the weapon has been upgraded with higher quality materials that allow the weapons to operate more efficiently while slightly increasing the already impressive firing rate. As well as a low-power pulse warning built into the grip that warns whenever the weapon is low on power. The Mandalorian warrior Sabine Wren was known to use a pair of these weapons as part of the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire.

The WESTAR-M5 is a large blaster rifle that is very accurate at close range, with a flex sight making it accurate in medium-range situations as well. It is capable of powerful armor piercing semi-automatic, burst or automatic firing modes. It also comes equipped stock with an under-barrel grenade launcher that makes the weapon more difficult to wield, but capable of dumb firing up to six grenades one at a time that detonate on impact with a hard surface with a wide blast radius. The under-barrel launchers uses the Explosives skill.
Foregrip
WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has a foregrip installed below the barrel, giving a means for Terran Koul to attempt to wield this WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle in close-range combat. This grip can get in the way in certain prone positions.
Light Mount
WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has a powerful light mounted to it, giving the ability to illuminate the field and more easily seek targets as well as temporarily blind them. This light adds to the bulk of the weapon and can make it more difficult to conceal.
High Explosives
The WESTAR-M5 Blaster Rifle has had its standard antipersonnel warheads replaced with high explosive ones. While these do have a smaller area of effect than standard fragmentation rounds, thus requiring Terran Koul to land their shots with greater accuracy. The more powerful explosive charge does have a greater impact in that smaller area, even to the point of being able to damage some light vehicle armor.

The Jensaarai, or Hidden Followers of Truth, are skilled at more than just inventing pretentious titles. Offense, however, isn't one of those things. After being hunted - first by the Jedi, then by the Sith - for decades, they developed techniques and traditions to preserve their own way of life and protect themselves. They seldom train in aggressive Force techniques, instead concentrating on a strong defense and remaining unseen. As a Jensaarai, Terran tends to focus on amplifying his physical abilities and using defensive Force techniques. Masking his Force Presence is also second nature to him.
Too bad Terran Koul is just a good man.
Well, he's alright...
Despite his principled upbringing, Terran's temper can get the better of him on occasion. When it does, he can be competitive and vindictive, leading to spontaneous pranks and even calculated revenge. While he knows he ought to feel bad about it, it's tough to regret anything that's so much fun.
Terran has a penchant for landing in the middle of messy - often dangerous - situations. Always out for the next big score, he can often lose sight of smaller, but more solid, opportunities - both in work, and in dealing with the few people in his life.
Terran, however, is. At least in the metaphorical sense.
Since being exiled from the Jensaarai and finding Kiffu a disappointment, Terran has spent over half a decade working as a smuggler and bounty hunter. It keeps him busy. But more than that, it keeps him too busy for doubts and regrets. Some might say that he's lost in the woods. If asked, though, he'd tell you, "the woods are the only place I can see a clear path."
Terran has extensive training in ballistakinesis, a telekinetic technique employed by the Jensaarai. As a result, Terran tends to use his telekinesis to attack with multiple smaller objects at lethal velocities rather than a few large objects at slower speeds. This scattergun-like technique is less accurate and more susceptible to collateral damage, but is also more difficult to evade - especially in enclosed areas.
His blasters and rifle are his weapons of choice, and long experience and training have made them nearly an extension of his own body. Not only is he an impeccable marksman with guns akimbo, but he often uses the stocks and barrels themselves as weapons to beat down opponents.
