Faeril has been an exceptional leader. As Aedile of House Marka Ragnos she has made contact with every new member and made sure they had the necessary information to participate in events. She has been an integral part of the house's development and her constant presence on IRC has been a delight and encouragement to the younger members of the clan. It is this reason I am proud to recommend Fae for this award.

Faeril has been a brilliant Envoy and Aedile; I should know as I trained her in both. The reason why she should be given this award is because of her ceaseless effort in her duties which include welcoming new members, watching over and helping the Ravana Squadron BTL in training these new members, promoting members, the adding and removing members from the House mailing list, running and awarding of competitions.
As a leader she had grown from strength to strength; she served as Co-BTL in Night Hawks, BTL of Jade Serpents and then become my Aedile. She has a big heart and cares deeply for the welfare of her Clan and House. Faeril is heading for bigger and better things than just an AED, and who I am to try and stop her... a good friend and my trusted assistant, and it is a great pleasure to see all her hard work rewarded.
