This includes all set requirements, as well as the following selected tasks: Elols' special project was his running of the house as aedile while his quaestor had real life issues. While not a typical project, Elols did well at this, and now serves as the quaestor. He has completed a quality wiki article. He has earned his Dark Maven- Leadership degree. He also wrote a lightsaber fiction for his master. As Consul, I support this promotion. Elols has shown patience and dedication to the clan during his active time. He is ready for Dark Jedi Knight. From his master, Kazarelth: Elols has been a hard worker since the time I took over his tutelage. Learning everything he could from me as I continued at a slow pace. However, I did not have to teach him much; I learnt more from him. As a Brotherhood member, Elols is friendly, supportive, jolly and generally good fun. What I've learnt of his RL behaviour supports his behaviour here. He continues to learn, and does not have any sort of ego-problems or such. I am glad to have a friend and a partner in the house summits with the characteristics I have found in Elols. The DJB leadership may be quite new for him but he maintains his drive to learn and try. He did not lay off from his duty when his superior was unable to be constantly around for about a month. He did his job eminently beyond the requested list. He has kept a good communication with the members personally, casually and friendly, to make the friendship in Tridens grow stronger as well as to encourage the fellow Journeymen to be active. He created some competitions and run them when I was away because of some health matters. He did his best to acknowledge a member in a promotion, as well as keeping the members informed by his report or news. Although he still has many things to learn ways ahead, to appreciate his willing and application, I am pleased to recommend an Anteian Cross for Jedi Hunter Bieten Macht Elols. I may not have immediately used them, but their presence gives me a visual perspective to play with and help develop the rich detail that has gone into Tarentum's ethos and mythology. Without these points of view, many ideas might have stayed simmering on the burner instead of being finished off, because I couldn't grasp the visual perspective needed. 3 Jun, 2008 Promoted from Guardian to Jedi Hunter Event ID 67174 Old Rank Guardian (Journeyman 2) New Rank Jedi Hunter (Journeyman 3) Requested by Warden Lontra Boglach Primary reason It's not very often I promote a member from GRD to JH with little "regular" activity behind them for merit but Elols has never been a regular member of Tridens. Since an early start, he has served as a leader within this house and since his last promotion he served as BTL for a solid three and a half months before the teams were removed. During this time he did an extremely important job of running 3 different team competitions, develping team fiction and background informations as well as encouraging his members to strive forward as well as giving them the tools to advance themselves. Because of his role here, he was a great candidate for the Rollmaster position and I haven't regretted selecting him yet. He's not only timely with his introductions but informative and regularly involved with the early development of our house's recruits. Lately he's even branched out and ran a house competition and fair success, getting a some humourous submissions for his graphic comp of the Clan's castle. Lastly, in work with Szord he has also managed to provide Tridens with graphics for the House's wiki page and been an informative and greatly welcomed advisor to the House summit.
