Today I had the unfortunate task of writing to Dark Adept Gilkane Blackheart to address the crimes against the Brotherhood which he has participated in. I am writing this notice to ensure all of the Brotherhood knows that DA Blackheart is currently in a state of disgrace, from which he can only be pardoned from by the Chamber of Justice if he is excused from his crimes.

Therefore let it be known that Gilkane Blackheart is currently in a state of Probation, pending trial for his crimes against the Dark Brotherhood.
