Due to the idiocy of the local cable company, I was down from the net for the past three days. My connection is back (obviously) but coordination of the ladder was delayed a bit.

Since I gave until today for 'last ditch effort' individuals to sign up for the ladder, I don't see it as very fair if I killed the sign-ups without having been around to get their requests.

The introductions have been completed and I am still going to launch this thing on time. I am continuing to make every effort to avoid NPC's - to wit, I am allowing sign-ups 'till Monday (7 Mar) to make up for the days I was disconnected. This will be the last extension before everything is put in stone.
