Lately, the staff and I have been taking some treks into the past. Sometimes we wonder why things changed the way they did, was it a necessity for a different time or was it just something that became a preference? Honestly, I forget why we did some stuff the way we did - but some of my b**ching was prolly involved, in one way or another - LOL

Recently, we began to take a look at Operations and the duties and responsibilities of the staff members - after all, they gotta work here. We came to the conclusion that the Trainers and Judges weren't really balanced enough and the Trainers had a tendency to be extremely over-worked. So, to alleviate that, we are realigning one of their tasks.

Judges will go back to rating Qualification battles. Trainers will still be challenged and fight in qual battles, but they will no longer judge them. This will take a process away from the Trainers, give one back to the Judges and incorporate a 'third party' into the qualification process.

Anyway, just thought I'd toss that out there :)
