Members of the Dark Brotherhood,

Just one hour ago, Arconan security forces detained two members of Taldryan. Priest Werdna Elbee, Aedile of Dinaari and Hunter Apollyon "Odium" Dinaarius, Rollmaster of Dinaari, were captured as they tried to flee from our forces, caught in the act of espionage.

These actions will not be tolerated and we demand that Taldryan acknowledge the wrongs that they have committed against us. These highly-placed members of Taldryan were acting on order of their Clan. Reparations must be given.

Both members are currently in custody and shall remain so until our questions our answered. At that time, they shall be turned over to the Chamber of Justice for further questioning and punishment.
