If you have an entry to make that the database won't accept because of size, please follow this procedure:
Create a partial copy of your entry into which you only put the text elements.
Upload that reduced copy (which should now have a small enough size) into the submission database
Send your complete entry with all images and media files to Jac, Xanos and myself by mail.
Note that step 1 and 2 are really there to protect you - if the mail does not arrive in time, you can prove you were within the deadline and that your materials were completed within the time allotted.
