All transfers between clans and to rogue are being put on hold until the grading is all done for the RoS. This is to your clan's benefit since if you leave your clan and you participated in the RoS then your clan will LOSE the points. Don't bother submitting a transfer request until the scores come out, because I'm going to let them sit in the que until then
