After a long battle which equally waited a while on a rating, the 3rd Championship Ladder of the ACC has finally come to a close. I commend both combatants, KE Nekura Manji Keibatsu and DJM Halcyon Rokir on their performance. Both have been to the latter stages of CHL's before, and both have seen others advance or be granted the title of Champion, but they pressed on and continued to compete. This battle occurred during the RoS, when it could have easily been paused, and for that the accomplishment is equally commendable. However, as you all know, only one can be the victor and be granted the title of Champion. It is with that understanding that I am pleased to congratulate DJM Halcyon Rokir and welcome him into the Centre's small circle of Champions.
