I want to first thank everyone whom contributed to the 2008 Independence Games (IGs). From the event creators, to the people that provided feedback and all of you whom labored to get those submissions in.... many thanks.

I also appreciated everyone's patience. To keep things fair the events had to be judged by non-clanned members and it was really Muz whom picked up the ball and ran with it! But I also appreciate the assistance of Kir, Aabsdu, Kaek, Jac, Shikyo and Sarin on helping as much as they can. (Read: Dark Councilors have really busy schedules!) Like Sarin said, many congratulations go out to Clan Scholae Palatinae and Angelo Dante. CSP was the only clan to show up in force and, as such, they did a knock up job of winning this time around! I will begin the long process of recommending Crescents, Clusters of Fire and Seals! Keep your eyes peeled!
