Tiriok's athletic build belies the intelligence in her bright green eyes, curious and prying. Her lack of body fat is very evident in her tight frame and intense stride. Her right arm is covered in a sleeve tattoo depicting various incidents in her life, from her hard upbringing to his various trials in his Clan. She keeps the sides of her head shaved, while the long black hair on the top and back of her head, is woven into tight braids and tied into a tight tail at the ridge of her skull. Her skin is a light acorn brown and she has a traditional Mirialan facial tattoo on her chin. Tiriok is a Half Miralukan, half Mirialan and younger sister to Talis. She has eyes like a Mirialan but due to her Miralukan heritage she is visually impaired and requires contacts or glasses to see.
Tiriok DeMorte is a master of the 'tricks of the trade' - the cheating and stealing trade, that is. With a certain propensity and natural talent for stealth and thievery, Tiriok DeMorte is a professional when it comes to crimes, from minor to major. Sometimes it is as simple as a few more favorable cards in a hand to a set of sticky fingers to something as big as a heist. Either way, Tiriok DeMorte knows her way around a job. However, everyone is bound to get caught eventually, and reputations have a way of finding a way to bite you in the rear. . . not to mention those looking to extract a little vengeance.
While Tiriok DeMorte will see a job through to its conclusion and put forward her best effort, it’s still just a job. Tiriok DeMorte's true loyalties lie to her friends, and through thick and thin, she will stand by them and die for them if needed. This loyalty is reserved for those who have earned Tiriok DeMorte's trust, putting her at odds with other Mercenaries that are only doing a job for the money. This also makes it harder for employers to trust her motives, often times creating extra competition and difficulty finding work. None of it matters to Tiriok DeMorte, though, because loyalty to her friends is not something credits can buy.
Tiriok DeMorte is a lateral thinker, and when she encounters problems or dilemmas, she is very good at improvising and coming up with alternative solutions. This allows Tiriok DeMorte to find ways out of situations others might give up on. While these solutions are often not so obvious to others, Tiriok DeMorte can typically explain and lead others through her plan...as long as they are patient and willing enough to trust her outside thinking.
Tiriok DeMorte is mesmerized by anything shiny and can easily spot shiny objects from a distance. This makes her good at finding things of importance or value, but she may also be distracted by pretty baubles.
Through careful study and dedication to isolated martial-combat, Tiriok DeMorte has turned the act of dueling into an art form. A keen eye and attention to detail allows her the ability to learn their opponent's idiosyncrasies while fighting. Tiriok DeMorte then uses her own skills to capitalize on the opponent's weakness. Because of this calculated approach to isolated duels, Tiriok DeMorte has a harder time taking on multiple opponents at once at higher skill levels.
Through a mixture of cocksure courage and arrogant swagger, Tiriok DeMorte will not back down from a challenge when called out, even if the wiser path is to walk away or let it go. Tiriok DeMorte's personality does tend to rub a lot of people the wrong way, which generally puts her into situations that escalate quickly to violence. While she may not be the one to always start a fight, she will always see it through to it’s conclusion. Some have tried to play a challenge off as idle banter, but when Tiriok DeMorte initiates or accepts a challenge, she does not hold back.
