Lena Rhell is a stern and rigid looking middle aged Human female. While clearly a natural beauty in her youth, her somewhat aging skin and fading auburn colored hair is still graceful and comely. Her stature is above average, and her frame is lanky yet proportional, with long legs and graceful arms. Her auburn-red hair has strands of white near the tips and roots, and her bangs are pulled back towards the side of her face while her long mane of hair is tied in a standard military bun or pony tail. Her luscious red lips and button nose give off an alluring more youthful look that is balanced by her severe gaze of steely gray hued eyes. Her skin is a porcelain white and her complexion is smooth although the wrinkles are slowly creeping into the crooks of her eyes and into her brow.
Grand General Lena Rhell has not created any public loadouts yet.
Grand General Rhell has a reputation as a stern disciplinarian devoid of personality. However, this first appearance would be wrong. Rhell simply has a keenly astute and analytical mind that is always firing on a thousand cylinders at once. She is a supremely gifted administrator and staff officer capable of mobilizing entire war efforts and coordinating fleets. This ability, however, leaves her with little time or disposition to small talk and build rapport with her peers and subordinates who find her cold and unfeeling.
Grand General Rhell was once a truly striking beauty. Even in her middle age she is considered a very attractive, if stern woman. This beauty, along with the nature of her sex, has caused her rise up the military ranks to be stalled time and time again as most mistook her as a pretty face and a meek mind. Indeed, Rhell has used this to her advantage. The loudest officer in the room is often the weakest, and Rhell only speaks and stands out when utterly necessary. While this inner fortitude has served her well and inspires respect from her subordinates, those who do not know the Grand General often misunderstand her and take her posturing for granted.
Grand General Rhell is not an extrovert by any means, and social settings are rather awkward for her. However, due to her need to build contacts and keep tabs on galactic-wide geopolitical and military affairs she has cultivated a small circle of influential people across the galaxy in key positions. This has allowed her to stay abreast of insider information in many political blocks and major corporations. Unfortunately for Grand General Rhell, the people she seeks out can see through her feigned niceties and while they confide in her and respect her, very few trust her or care for her.
Grand General Rhell once had a family and a network of friends. However, her duty has always come first. Since entering the Carida Imperial Academy she has put personal attachments and relationships at arms length unless they help her function as a naval officer. Simply put, she places the needs of the Iron Forces above self in everything she does. As such, she has few close friends or peers she trusts to speak freely to. Her existence, therefore, is often a lonely and burdensome one that weights heavily on her.
Most military officers know that in war one must remove the enemy's center of gravity and assault their critical weakness to ensure victory. Rhell's history of fighting alien races and undocumented societies in the Unknown Regions has taught her another construct in this treatises. Grand General Rhell seeks to learn the culture and history of an enemy to see different weaknesses and strengths that do not appear to the casual military theorist. By studying the society, culture, arts, and literature of an enemy she knows how to exploit seemingly trivial affairs and attack an enemy in ways they themselves would never expect. While this allows Rhell to know her enemies better than they know themselves, when faced with an imminent threat or an unknown attacking force she is at a loss of how to act swiftly, and this could cost her and the Iron Forces dearly.
Grand General Rhell knows the ultimate goal in war, and that is to win. To win in war, Rhell knows one must destroy the enemies means to wage war or to cripple their resolve, forcing them to the bargaining table. This philosophy is her driving edict in combat, to force the enemy to concede defeat, no more - and no less. While other officers follow the Tarkin Doctrine of using unbridled force to eradicate one's enemies, Rhell does not seek unnecessary bloodshed or loss of life. While this allows her to adroitly know when to engage and when to retreat, many mistake this wisdom for weakness and a lack of fortitude and seek to use it to undermine her power and authority.
