Kiran is a Torgruta male of average height and build. His skin tone alternates between a plain white and red, and has the characteristic darker stripes of his species down his head tails. He has a small cut across the top of his left cheekbone, about two centimeters long, but is otherwise unnotably in appearance.
Despite whatever all his other characteristics may convey, Kiran Zarec retains the air of a person that is confident, if not arrogant. Minor (and often, major) things in his body language - his walk, his stance, his expressions - reveal these feelings. At times, it seems he borders upon narcissism, especially judging from how much he enjoys his own company.
Kiran Zarec has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, he will make it his life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.
The Sith rely on their passions to give them strength. Kiran Zarec thinks inwards, only of things that matter to him, and always does what is in his best interests. He feels nothing about hurting others, or exploiting opportunities, and believes himself to be special, and above all others.
All who gain power are afraid to lose it, and Kiran Zarec is no exception. Some use their power for good, some for evil; Kiran Zarec, however, knows that these are just points of view. He is on a quest for greater power, and uses all his skills and abilities to ensure his supremacy, regardless of the consequences.
Where most err on the side of caution in a confrontation, Kiran Zarec prefers to charge in head-first. While others may skirt a battlefield or keep their careful distance, Kiran Zarec rushes in with devastating attacks with seemingly no regard for safety, relying upon instinct and possibly armor to protect him from dismemberment and death during his all-out attacks. Kiran Zarec is a force to be feared on the battlefield, leaving a trail of death and destruction. However, Kiran Zarec's blood-hungry ways put him in far more danger than the normal combatant, often resulting in needless injury and suffering, trading safety for pure offensive ability.
If Kiran Zarec had been in Greedo’s shoes, Han Solo would be pushing up daisies. He almost always acts on instinct, which typically means he can be seen as impulsive and may not think his actions through, especially in situations during or leading up to combat.
