Be it during a fight or life in general, moral compass means little to Salni Zatra. If you don’t want a person harmed, you had better specify. General terms mean nothing to her as Salni Zatra only deals in specifics. If the rules of a duel say you can’t shoot before the count of three? A grenade over the shoulder is fair game, then. Tell Salni Zatra to stop someone at all costs, well, you better not be concerned if they’re brought back dead or alive.

Salni Zatra is no greenhorn when it comes to dealing with those who wish her ill. At some point, she managed to cross the wrong people, and now they've got a mark on her hide for it. While such experiences have hardened her for adrenaline-filled moments of evading those who seek to make her their quarry, she can never be quite sure if she is truly safe, for promises of wealth or power can turn even the most seemingly stalwart of allies to enemies with knives poised at her back.

Salni Zatra is mesmerized by anything shiny and can easily spot shiny objects from a distance. This makes her good at finding things of importance or value, but she may also be distracted by pretty baubles.

Salni Zatra would much rather be behind a hand of good sabacc cards or a rare vintage of aged liquor than with her blasters or ship. More often than not, she will spend nights at high-end establishments gambling, drinking and "socializing". Salni Zatra can survive without the finer things, but she sure would rather not. This preference follows her onto the job, so it is not uncommon for Salni Zatra to insult a client or potential partner by commenting on their choice of beverage or recreation.

Without the gift of the Force, Salni Zatra has trained rigorously with a wide range of melee weaponry and technology to better handle opponents that are able to harness the mythical power. Salni Zatra has been conditioned to fight against foes that are Force-sensitive and are able to compensate against fighting an adversary wielding something as deadly as a lightsaber. While this adaptive combat training makes her lethal in close quarters combat against any kind of threat, they are still at the mercy of a long ranged fighter, assailant or Force user that prefers to attack the mind instead of the body.

Sometimes the only way to prepare for the worst is to always expect it. Salni Zatra takes this philosophy one step further by never leaving home without accounting for every possible scenario she might expect to encounter. Salni Zatra tends to always have the right tool or item for a situation and has a habit of quietly and almost smugly presenting solutions before anyone even recognizes there is a problem. This foresight is far from infallible, however, and she often finds herself at a loss in situations that go beyond what she could have imagined. While incredibly practical and often a life-saver in a pinch, her perpetually pessimistic outlook on daily life can be a bit draining on more optimistic-inclined companions.
