Current Character Sheet for Sashar Erinos
Master Sashar Erinos, di Tenebrous Arconae
Aran, despite his youth, is probably one of the more muscular members of his species. That said, he is rather short, but more than makes up for it with his arrogant temperament. Having trained practically since birth for combat, he is blessed with pale skin, broad shoulders, strong arms, and a thick chest. His pectorals flare wide and already show a dusting of hair. Similarly, he often neglects to shave and his chin and lip mirror his body. His blue eyes are piercing and hard and topped by thick, heavy brows and he rarely smiles, struggling instead to contain his emotion. His dark hair is of middling length and nearly always an unkempt mess.
Notable marks:
A stylised mythosaur skull symbol is emblazoned on his right thigh, shoddily done as he had it inked on when he was drunk by a friend. His knuckles are scarred from years punching whatever was placed in front of him, and his shins are knobbly - a repeated injury he inflicted on himself through years and years of kicks, strengthening his shin bones by continually breaking them to make them thicker and tougher.
Aran Lok is extremely competitive and strives to become the best at every task he is given. The benefit of this cutthroat approach to life and work is that he will always give 100%, pushing himself to his physical or mental limits to overcome any task. However, Aran Lok’s overzealous ambition makes him insufferable to all but the most patient of companions, making it difficult to make friends while he either proves successful or utterly fails at being the best.
Aran Lok somehow always finds himself in tricky situations that put him in over his head. As such, Aran Lok always seems to be digging himself out of some kind of dilemma. While this speaks to Aran Lok’s ability to think outside the box to find solutions, his moral code often gets in the way of taking the easy way out.
Aran Lok is known for walking tall despite being of below average stature. He is quick to anger when called out for his height, and is not afraid of taking on an opponent regardless of their size or intimidation factor. This same tenacity makes Aran Lok easier to rile up, which can be a good or bad thing depending on the situation at hand.
Aran Lok has a very bad attitude. He enjoys picking fights and causing trouble, and as such, he isn't phased by most encounters because, let's face it: he tends to be involved in quite a few of them around here!
Where most err on the side of caution in a confrontation, Aran Lok prefers to charge in head-first. While others may skirt a battlefield or keep their careful distance, Aran Lok rushes in with devastating attacks with seemingly no regard for safety, relying upon instinct and possibly armor to protect him from dismemberment and death during his all-out attacks. Aran Lok is a force to be feared on the battlefield, leaving a trail of death and destruction. However, Aran Lok's blood-hungry ways put him in far more danger than the normal combatant, often resulting in needless injury and suffering, trading safety for pure offensive ability.
When it comes to a fight, some like to posture, some like to act tough, some like to dance around and go through all sorts of fancy footwork. Aran Lok? Aran Lok doesn't bother with exotic battle stances, intricate maneuvers, or super-secret tactics. Aran Lok, when cornered into a fight, prefers the ancient technique of a good kick to the nuts. And if that won't work, either because the enemy is a woman or has balls of steel, Aran Lok isn't beyond pulling a few more cheap tricks out of the bag. Granted, Aran Lok won't be winning any medals for nobility or any prestige for a unique fighting style or a superb maneuver, but Aran Lok will still be winning, the best and most dirty way he knows how.
