Despite her age, Velira physically appears only to be in her mid twenties. Her skin is smooth and porcelain-pale with a faint silvery undertone, flawless and almost luminous under light. Her heart shaped face is strikingly symmetrical, with high cheekbones and a narrow jawline that gives her a regal appearance. Thick, dark hair falls in loose curls, cascading over her shoulders with subtle maroon and violet undertones.
Her slightly upturned eyes are round to give her face a gentler appearance, despite the striking blood-red irises. They are framed by long, dark lashes and delicately arched brows, surrounded by shadows. Her lips are full and naturally dark, contrasting sharply with her pale skin.
Her elegant figure is petite with soft, feminine curves, including a larger bust line. She has long, talon-like nails that come to naturally sharp points and are typically painted dark red in color.
Unlike others of her species, her nose remains symmetrical alongside the rest of her features, with a smooth bridge due to her intermixed heritage. Two slender facial tendrils—her Anzati proboscises—remain carefully hidden within her cheeks, invisible until she chooses to strike. When revealed, they are thin and semi-translucent compared to her already pale skin, giving them a silky, web-like appearance.
Velira Morvane is a master of fitting in and impersonation. There is scarcely a planet in the galaxy where she can't manage to find a way to fit in, be it throwing together a convincing imitation of local guard or pretending to be a regular local. Velira Morvane is so good at such that she may have seemingly lost all sense of personal style and flair, leaving her as always simply the imitator.
Be it during a fight or life in general, moral compass means little to Velira Morvane. If you don’t want a person harmed, you had better specify. General terms mean nothing to her as Velira Morvane only deals in specifics. If the rules of a duel say you can’t shoot before the count of three? A grenade over the shoulder is fair game, then. Tell Velira Morvane to stop someone at all costs, well, you better not be concerned if they’re brought back dead or alive.
Velira Morvane doesn't like to work in groups or teams and feels most comfortable on her own. Velira Morvane sticks to herself, sets her own pace, and doesn't share feelings or emotions with others. While the Lone Wolf can get things done quietly and efficiently, she tends to be emotionally cut off and has problems relating to her comrades.
Velira Morvane has a legendary and virulent need for vengeance. Once crossed, she will make it her life’s work to ensure that whatever slight was received is repaid tenfold. This need for vengeance can be all-consuming, and can often lead to short-sighted decisions.
Velira Morvane wears out her opponents through use of the Force, agility, and evasion. Once she has sufficiently tired her foes through the Force, physical, or mental assault, she quickly tries to find a means of cleanly and swiftly dispatching them - usually resulting in a somewhat risky all-or-nothing attempt at a deathblow.
Velira Morvane seems to get her thrills, perhaps sadistic ones at that, from toying with her opponents. Some are content with simply striking down or injuring their opponent, but that is not enough for Velira Morvane. No, she wishes to see her enemy descend into madness or kneel before her as a blathering mess; or even better, as a fresh new servant with a muddled mind. The Puppeteer usually forsakes outright hurting and maiming her opponent and focuses on illusions, mind tricks, and other wicked means of destroying a person.
