Equite 4, Equite tier, Unaffiliated
Male Ongree, Jedi, Arcanist
Height: 1.9 m / 6'3" - Weight: 95.0 kg / 209 lbs
Age: 65 years - Right Handed
Physical Description

To many, a hideous creature, to citizens of Skustell's standards, distinguished. Yuk Voo is a seasoned Ongree, unique and incomparable. With a light brown and tan epidermis and a face that looks as though it were taken and flipped upside down, most sentients are confused by his illusory visage. A lipless mouth sits in the center of his tapered head and his ever watchful eye stalks with bulbous eyes rest at its base; just above the tentacles which form his beard. His build is cumbersome in appearance, due in part to the large hump on his back which gives him a constant slouch. He has gangly three fingered hands which are surprisingly dextrous and capable of manipulating even the smallest of objects with ease.

I'll Teach You (General Aspect)

Despite bearing the resemblance of a clumsy Alien. Yuk Voo has taken it upon himself to train others in the ways of Lightsaber combat and craftsmanship. Possessing skills and knowledge he prides himself in. He has extended his mind and thinking beyond strict physicality and applies varying viewpoints of the Living Force and the art of the duel to his daily life; often comparing scenarios to Lightsaber usage and duelling. He will use life lessons during training which can seem slow and daunting to students who wish to quickly and impatiently master forms. Yet, his methodical approach, while boring and lackluster to many, has proven to be vital in understanding combat as a pure form of expression.

Judge Me By My Looks, Do You? (General Aspect)

Yuk uses his unique and cumbersome appearance to achieve an advantageous position, whether it be through negotiations or combat. He is often underestimated which has lead to the 'undoing' of many would-be attackers; both political and life-threatening. His aged, hunched, and seemingly slow body has been worn as a mask to shield his inner strength and talents. Yet, many are still put off by his outward appearance and would rather distance themselves than take advantage of his depth of knowledge.

You're Transparent (Personality Aspect)

Yuk Voo has a knack for seeing through people's deception and lies. Ongree, see everything differently than most Galactic beings. Their way of thinking has been shaped by their vision and he is no different. Along with his incredible sight, he uses his exceptional Perception, Precognition, and Senses to see through the guise of those around him. Unless you have superior skills, it's very difficult to get over on him. This has proven to be extremely useful during diplomatic negotiations or combat. He has on more than one occasion publicly "pulled the card" of others. For that reason, certain individuals are leery of him as some would rather keep their true-selves and secrets hidden from the ears of others.

Buddha (Personality Aspect)

Pacifistic by nature, Yuk will always, first try to dissolve or deescalate potential threats with words before taking action. With a diplomatic mindset and a Jedi respect for life in all of its forms, he will try to settle disputes until he is unable to do so. Having an 'even-mind' he tends to take a neutral stance when it comes to expressing opinions and likes to view stories from all perspectives. For this reason, he is often left out of specific missions where negotiation is not optimal. Unless of course he takes it upon himself to join in the endeavor. Yet, this can create tension with war-like minds.

What's Your Angle? (Combat Aspect)

Yuk Voo naturally sees from different perspectives and utilizes this inherent trait when in combat. He is able to pick up on subtle cues and typically takes advantage of specific angles and openings, traits which make him an exceptional saberist and combatant. He tries to quell the confidence this gives him. Unfortunately at times he worries that his own confidence could create a potentially fatal situation that could lead to his own exposure and or demise.

The Diplomat's Form (Combat Aspect)

A greatly misunderstood and underestimated style, Niman, is much like himself. Which in honesty, is why it's his adopted Form. It may not be flashy but its effective as he weaves sweeping strikes and parries with Force techniques used to push the envelope or to create openings. Versatile, he has been able to dispatch foes without a single blow or remove them from the fight with significant but non life-threatening injuries. Not nearly as aggressive as other forms, you wont see him rushing in and attacking with furious activity. Rather he chooses to remain haphazard in his approach, defensively using the form with a casual yet deceptive disposition. Seen as a weak form, sentients tend to scoff at him, that is, until they have to fight him.
